Damaged box but the item is not. Thank God. Also, my husband loves it. Hands free after doing No.2 😂 Good for Asians! We all miss our bidets. This is a good alternative.

Comfortable and useful
Was really useful keeping my stitches down there clear from dried blood which can irritate the stitches. Use like warm water as cold water will make the skin contract. I found the spray function light and not too strong which is nice
