Well made and true to size
While I would have loved a more wrinkle resistant shirt I feel it is great value for the price with good fit, true to size.

Exactly what I ordered
This is my first on-line review. I seldom buy clothing on-line because I usually have to return the purchase. Not this one. The shirt is of 100% light weight cotton. The style is exactly what I was hoping for. I am 6', 225 lbs., and the XL fit it perfect. The shirt even has a pleasant cotton smell when the packaging is opened. The fact that it is a safari type shirt made in Zimbabwe is also a plus.

Part of My Image and Wardrobe
Don't want to see everybody copying me, so maybe I shouldn't write such a favorable review?Been buying and wearing Tag Safari Trail Shirts for several years. Now have at least six plus a jacket. Like them so much they are now an essential part of my image and wardrobe (explorer photographer).Originally bought them for the pockets and epaulets, a practical style for me. Also as a former ex-pat in Africa, wanted to support an African business.Liked my first couple of shirts but craftsmanship was just short of acceptable. Loose and crooked threads. Still have and wear those shirts with no opened seams from the loose threads and nobody including me notices the crookedness. They are durable and comfortable. Since those first couple, quality has been good to excellent. Most recent three are excellent, which prompted me to write this.

Shirt is very blousey and unflattering
Shirt is made well but the cut is horrendous. I felt like I was wearing a tent when I put it on. Its shirt for hiking and outdoors but it should still fit more nicely in my opinion. Needless to say I do not like it at all. I washed and dried it hopeful it would shrink some to fit less like a balloon. It didn't work.

Wrong size replaced within 2 days!
I ordered a Large size and received an XXL...reordered a Large, and it arrived the day after I had returned the incorrect size. Outstanding Customer Service! The proper size fits correctly and is exactly what I hoped it would be.

Sun and Mosquito Protection With Style
I purchased the Trail Shirt from Tag Safari to wear as Sun and mosquito protection when hiking or walking the dogs in warmer weather. I love the design, style and functional features of the shirt. I normally wear heavier Carhartt cotton shirts, but they are too hot to wear in the Summer. This lighter weight Trail Shirt works great. It provides protection from the Sun and insects without being too heavy. I like the extra buttons so I can roll up the sleeves part or all the way when needed. I like the functional straps on the shoulder, both for look and function.I only have two concerns. First, I wonder about the durability. I just purchased this shirt during the Summer of 2017, so time will tell. Second, the fit is not the greatest for my frame. I am 6' 1" tall and weigh 260 pounds. I usually wear an XXL Tall. I had to purchase a 3XL to get the neck size, back length and arm length that fit me; however, the 3XL is too big in the main body. The shirt works great for my uses, but it would be a bit too baggy to wear to the office.

100% cotton shirts
Quality construction and 100% cotton. Comparable nylon shirts are simply the best for many circumstances, however, in very hot weather their advantage actually become a liability. This liability is their function of quick drying drying. This limits their cooling effect. The fatal flaw of cotton items is that they retain water and in very cold weather they transmit cold to the body. This is why there is a saying for very cold conditions weather "cotton kills." However, in very hot weather one can soak the cotton item in water and the gradual evaporation will have a cooling effect.
