I've started making 90% of meals and snacks at home from scratch. I wanted to find a tool to make cheese its home look more realistic without spending a lot of money because part of making stuff at home is to help save money. This was perfect! I've been using for months now and it's not used everyday but it's definitely gotten its money out of it and still good as new. I've only hand washed and it's held up great and only needs to be lightly rinsed I've had no issues with dough getting stuck. The edge is dull which is great for my toddler to help but still cuts dough perfectly. I've dodo use this for homemade pop tarts and when cutting only layered dough it helps seal both layers together great! It's a short handle which was awkward the first time using but no complaints.

Cuts through pasta dough well, but the wheel wobbles a lot making it very difficult to cut a straight line. Good for the price paid.

I'm not a big baker, but I have been trying some new things in the kitchen. I want to make fresh pasta, and this tool looked perfect for lasagna, so I bought it. I have yet to make the pasta, but I will soon. HOWEVER, I found this tool could be used for another fun project. I made crackers, and this tool came in handy for crimping the edges and making them fancy. I have also used it for cutting the edges off slices of cheese for pretty slices on a cheese board. Ill be using it when I make digestive biscuits as well. This tool is so handy, it really needs to be a staple for your kitchen drawer. I'm sure I will find other things to use it for, besides pastry.

The roller does the job, but not without a little bit of unnecessary effort. The size feels right, but the rivet that holds the blade in place is too loose. Also, the tolerance/gap between the blade and the piece that holds it in place is too wide, making the blade jiggle almost uncontrollably while being used. I guess you get what you pay for, but at the end of the day it works.

I’ve started baking sourdough crackers, and this little cutter has made my crackers so cute! Love the scallop edges.

Good for cutting dough. Durable, easy to clean and store. Nice grip and a good cut quality.
