I love this Collagen powder. This is my second time buying this one. It works really well. I feel better while taking it. MY knees do not hurt as bad while I am taking it vs when I am not. It is flavorless so it is easy to mix into liquids. I personally mix mine in with my coffee first thing in the morning. It also has a good amount of protein which is important as well. I personally always have low protein for some reason, so this helps me to get a little bit more each day. I feel good while taking this. My stomach feels less bloated and irritated. My hair feels softer and less tangled, and my skin also feels less dry. I will continue to take this every day!

Seems like a decent brand. Mixes very well in my shakes, has 5 types of collagen, and no taste. Haven't noticed yet if my hair and nails have improved. My skin does seem less flakey though. Pretty decent size for the price. I would buy again.

I've been using this Multi-Collagen Protein brand for at least two years and I fully intend to continue. I had never used any other brands, so I have no basis for comparison, but this product definitely makes a wonderful difference. I initially selected this brand because, after comparing it against numerous other ads, it represented the best overall value and seemed to be a high quality, trustworthy product. The company is based in NY and they source their ingredients from the U.S. and Canada. It contains five types of collagen (I, II, III, V &X), most of which work internally, in ways that are not visible. In contrast, most of the other brands only contain two or three collagen types, primarily intended to benefit outward appearance (i.e. skin, hair and nails). As I was approaching 60, I was interested in overall health and anti-aging benefits, as well as the aesthetic concerns. I'm just assuming from what is visible that it is likely doing good things on the inside, too. I can't really speak to any pain issues, but I think I'm holding up pretty well and my doctor seems to agree, so far! I only put one scoop in my coffee every morning, rather than the "serving size" of two scoops, and that has been very sufficient for me. I find that it's best to add it to black coffee and add any creams or oils (e.g. MCT) after it has dissolved, which only takes two seconds. If you put the creamer in first, it can get momentarily clumpy. I have also blended it into smoothies and that works great, too! There really is no smell to speak of -- except *maybe* the very faintest hint of slightly sweetened vanilla. At this dosage, within two weeks, my hair, skin and nails all showed incredible improvement. I was WOWed! At this point, I have turned 60 and have had Hashimoto's Chronic Hypothyroidism for ~20 years. There are certain signs and symptoms that just never fully straightened out with the meds -- and I've tried them all, in different combos and at various dosages. The dry skin, the drier, coarser and curly hair, thinning eyebrows, etc. Being post-menopausal, I've also been on hormone balancing therapy for several years. That also improved things some, but I still felt that I needed more help. Within the first couple weeks of adding this collagen to my coffee (just one scoop in one cup per day), the first thing I noticed was the change in my hair and fingernails. They are both growing incredibly fast. I'm no scientist, but this may speak to an improved, stronger, faster metabolism (?). My hair and nails are much stronger, shinier and healthy looking. I also have far less hair fall, it's less frizzy, and the curl has relaxed some. Similarly, a few of my nails had started spooning and the tips were wafering and peeling off in layers, but that problem has completely resolved. I can now grow ten perfect, smooth and healthy looking nails, again! On Zoom calls and in person, people often compliment my French manicure until they look closer to see that it's just my natural nails! My eyebrows have also been coming back, but that's been more gradual. My skin has greatly improved and I was able to stop using Rx Metro Gel (the cream version) for what seemed to be worsening rosacea and eczema. It's still a work in progress, but listen... I just had to renew my driver's license and get a new photo because the last one was ten years ago. In spite of the menopause and Hashimoto's, I truly have almost no visible signs of aging (my skin is pretty smooth, no real lines, my pores are good) and I can still easily pass for 45. My FB friends comment on that all the time. Seriously, my most recent DL photo looks even better than the last one taken at 50. I would attribute that to a combo of decent genes, a better than average diet, the hormone therapy and this collagen protein powder, which has given all else a visibly significant boost. I would highly recommend this product for the reasons already stated and also because they offer it in a plastic container and in a refill bag at a lower price. Less ongoing cost and less environmental impact is always a good!

Would have given a 5 star but I have found powder only truly melts/mixes when the liquid is warm. I mix it in my diet Cranberry juice which I nuke first, then add powder and run through little mixer. Very very happy with collogen as my hand joints don't hurt, only when neuropathy acts up. I have had several knee surgeries and am not able to kneel very well. Walking was okay but don't think about stairs. I was surprised one day when I had to use the stairs, took a breath to work through it, and found it was effortless, that I even did return trip via the stairs! Wish the protein side would help make me feel full/fuller, sigh lol I am so glad it is affordable and will continue to purchase.

amazing! i went off protein powders/collagen for a while because the taste just grossed me out. this is completely flavorless and i immediately noticed differences in my skin after taking it for just one week regularly. i just mix two scoops into my morning coffee and its perfect. it can clump up in cold drinks but it will eventually dissolve. i mix it into my hot coffee first then put ice in my cup with milk and pour the coffee/protein mixture on top. not to mention this stuff is affordable and has a range of collagen which i was looking for. so happy to have found this!

Excellent source of all 5 forms of collagen. Mixes best in warm liquids, I use this unflavored collagen powder daily in my coffee and/or tea. Also can add to smoothies as it's unflavored. My hair, nails and skin benefit greatly from this collagen, and 20g of protein is an added benefit on workout days. The price on subscription is very competitive, I've got nothing but good things to say about this product. Have recommended to many friends also.

I’ve been using this collagen powder for about 3 years now. Mainly for helping heal my gut. I was using only one` scoop but I’m working up to two for the protein. I do feel that it has helped with my hair and nail health too. I chose this brand as it has all 5 collagen types and for its amino acid profile. It covers a lot of them what we as humans need to support our bodily health. Some folks are complaining about the mixing. I use either Teeccino or Decaf Stok as my beverage of choice. I drink it cold. I pour about 3-4 ounces, use a frother, and slowly mix in one scoop while the frother is stirring. No issues in blending at all. Don’t dump the whole scoop in at once. It makes a difference.
