I use this product to help keep my nostrils moist- it helps with breathing, and helps alleviate nasal congestion to a significant degree, too. Much to my surprise, this doesn't sting at all when sprayed into my nose, and that's a plus also. I actually keep mine in the refrigerator so that it's cool when I spray it into my nose as this cools things down a bit when I need it. Manuka Honey and glycerin would be useful additions to this product, as well. Glycerin helps to moisturize the nostrils better, and the manuka honey helps everything "stick" a while longer and adds antibacterial properties as well- and it still doesn't sting!

Works very well in daytime need something stronger for all night relief for dry nose.

This is my forth purchase and the only product I've found to be an excellent nose moisturizer, not oily or ot greasy, reasonably long lasting and very effective. Their customer service is one of the best.

Works good for dry nose. It moisturizes my nose when I am using an antihistamine, it keeps my nose from drying out.

What people must understand is that hyaluronic acid is a humectant. Humectants will absorb moisture from a place of high humidity to a place of low humidity. This means that if the air around you is dryer than your nose (which is typically the case, then hyaluronic acid will take moisture from your nose and put it into the air around you - hence drying out your nose. Therefore, using this product is more likely to dry out your nose unless you use it just before you shower, where it will help your nasal cavity absorb the humid air.

The first time I tried this, it stung and irritated. (Maybe my sinuses were just too dried out and damaged that night). I took some cats claw the next day to ward off any infection. Tried it again about a month later (it had been SO dry and smoky because of many forest fires in our state). Worked wonderfully! Tried it again the next night and woke up with comfortable sinuses!! That doesn't happen often in my climate. Lol! I would recommend this product.

I've had severe migraines for over 30 years. All that time my forehead, temples, and cheeks have hurt constantly. I rub hot\cold cream on those areas all the time. I use oxygen therapy too. My nose and sinuses always feel dry, and I've tried regular saline sprays for many years without relief.I used this HylaMist four times a day and by the second evening, my face hurt less than it has in forever. Saline just makes my nose wet, this stuff actually hydrates for hours. Even with hours of oxygen therapy. I'm so pleased.

I finally decided to try this out as a last resort despite some of the reviews saying it dried out their nose. (I was desperate). I have really sensitive and dry skin in general and I live in a very dry climate. I’m happy to say that this is workin well for me. I’ve only been using it 1-3 times per day and I’ve been noticing after about a week that my nose feels more moisturized. I guess like any other product it works for some and doesn’t for others. It was definitely worth the try for me. There are other nose sprays out there but I liked that there are no chemicals or harsh ingredients in this one.
