Awesome product, love the smell of cinnamon… it’s perfect for my recipe, can’t wait to get more

I buy this from a local store all the time. I use it in my muscle rubs. It works well to warm the area but doesn’t do anything for pain or inflammation like cassia cinnamon does. This cinnamon is really just for the smell and mild warming properties. It helps mellow out the strong menthol and camphor scents some. I use half this and half cassia, due to the high price of cassia and the scent difference (this is stronger and smells like the cinnamon my grandma used for rolls).If you are buying this for its ability to disinfect, help with inflammation or any other benefits this may not work. Do some research before buying if it matters because most research shows cinnamon bark and cinnamon leaf work very differently. If you want this for a cheap warming effect or for the smell then go for it. This actually has a more traditional cinnamon scent as this type of cinnamon is what most Americans know as cinnamon. If you need it for medicinal use then skip this and get the more expensive cinnamon leaf/Cassia cinnamon.
