My doctor put me on this product along with one other thing in order to help keep my blood sugar under control and get my A1C levels good. It has worked very well. I take 1 pill 3Xday

Keeps your sugar in check

This stuff works. My doctor recommended it to lower my blood sugar. It does just that. Follow the directions. Don't take more than recommended on the label (at one time). I made the mistake of so doing and was light headed for a while.An aside. I love Metagenics products. Over the past few years, they've moved to a physician referral based system. This generates higher prices to pay commissions to middlemen. I hate that. I was glad to see this product available on Amazon and not part of such a system. If we have to buy Metagenics products through middlemen or only on the basis of a doctors referral, we'll abandon them altogether. It just isn't worth the hassle or expense.

It does lower my father's blood sugar a small, though significant, amount, but it is really quite expensive!

I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in July '16. Along with diet and exercise and lots of prayer, I used Insinase and the blood sugar multivitamins by Metagenics. Checking my glucose I could see a difference as well as feel the change. Eight months later I was tested for my 2nd A1C, it came back as NORMAL, 5.6. I credit God and Metagenics great products. I will keep taking these products to help my body process sugar and watch my weight and exercise. I'm very grateful!

Didn't seem to help.

This is a product recommended by the Blood Sugar Solution program of Dr. Hyman. I have had good results with the program, including a substantial decrease in my blood sugar levels. Since I am following the program as a whole, it's difficult to ascribe the results to any one thing, but I am taking it on faith that this helps with insulin sensitivity.

I am a mid-20's female with premenopausal problems. My naturopath recommended this supplement to me about a year ago but I held off on buying it because it was a little pricey. I tried other(cheaper) blood sugar balancers/insulin controllers, and they don't even compare to this one! After the first day of use I noticed improvements in my sleep and appetite. I may post another review in a few months but after what I've experienced just in the beginning with this product, I am sold.
