These are a great alternative to the slightly more expensive brands like ThinOptics. The plastic on these lenses is delicate so they will scratch rather readily but if you keep them in the soft case that comes with them, they will last long enough to get value out of them!I have one pair in a stretchy wallet on the back of my phone (also from Amazon: (www.amazon.com/gp/product/B085WM7JK7/) and one pair I've kept in its original clear plastic case and it's tucked in my wallet.Unlike ThinOptics, the nose pieces are smooth so they don't grip the bridge of my wide nose well. I therefore have to wear them down closer to the nostrils which makes them uncomfortable for long periods. My main use is as emergency readers, or reading labels at the grocery store or reading a restaurant menu and they work great for that. And the price can't be beat for having a few pairs of thin readers in places where I know I always have them!

I got these to put in my wallet as I'm always forgetting my readers. I tried them last night reading in bed, and I'm not sure if I like them even more than my regular readers. They stayed on my nose perfectly, they are extremely light, and they magnified my full field of view of my book, but left the rest of my peripheral vision unobstructed, so easier to look at the clock, or a family member asking me a question. Although my son tried them for fun and couldn't get them to stay on his nose, so perhaps it doesn't work for everyone's nose.
