Good product but not easy to install you will need help.
Needs clear instructions on how to install, this is to big and will turn apart every time you touched. You need to put screws as you go to avoid have all the pieces separate as you trying to put it together. You will need at least 3 guys to help you put it up without get broken. And also you will need a 3/8 drill bit that is not coming with the item.

Stay away
A nightmare to put together and install. Quickly popped apart after getting it up. But it is attractive!

Great for the price, durable in wind gusts
This is a great awning for the price. I should probably give it 5 stars because of the value. Honestly, a 10 ft awning for $90? Aluminum will cost you many times more than that price. It’s plastic, but it’s a pretty well designed structure. It looks plenty good enough for most applications. I bought 2 and I’m getting another. If you are looking for something for a mansion then you may be a little dissapointed. For most uses it’s quite acceptable and kind to your budget.Unless you are mounting it to brick, concrete, or a cement block wall plan on using a ledger board. The easiest way for me was to build it in 1 piece on the ground complete with the 2 by 12 ledger board I used. Then I had a friend help me mount the whole assembly to the wall. It’s was pretty light overall so that was easy and very quick. Don’t cheap out on fasteners. I used a bunch of long construction lags tied into the wood framing. This will catch a lot of wind. I do think the awning will hold up to the wind. If it doesn’t i’ll update this review.I’ve had this for a while now and i still love it. It has held up well to the wind. My only complaint is that the actual length is about 116 in not 120 in. I was slightly annoyed by that but it didn’t stop me from buying another one.

Ok but difficult assembly
Good concept but difficult to assemble. Hours of falling apart to get all “just right” to stay tight. Easily slips apart if out of line. Looks good and works well if you don’t throw your hammer at it first!

Beautiful when we put them up on first and second floors.
I loved the way they looked and how well they diverted rain water and shaded the heat out of the living room and upstairs bedrooms. We have two upstairs and one downstairs in the living room one and that one is still in good shape. The wind and snow storm this past winter blew the panels out and snap the frames on the second floor awnings. They both went at the same time. We thought in the spring we could put them back together but the frame work snapped so there is no way to repair and put them back up. The first floor is just fine and we also have a small single panel ones over the front and back of the house doors. They are fine too. I am thinking these were only meant to be at the bottom level of the house and not up any higher than the first floor. Wish I could give this a better rating than I have but we still have dangling pieces hanging off the house. Can't take them off right now as the husband had surgery during the end of the winter on the shoulder so he can't climb a ladder.

Very sturdy and can be cut to size to mount on wall studs
Very sturdy once assembled, yet lightweight for easy of installation, which I did all by myself. I customized mine to align to wall studs around my window, by cutting up all the pieces to size. Tools used: jig saw for the fine cut to the aluminum trim end piece, chop saw for cutting up the aluminum and plastic end pieces, and circular saw for the corrugated plastic panels. (Place two long planks parallel to the line to be cut to support the panels when cutting.) The hardest part was measuring to the exact size (1/8th of inch) once assembled. Cutting was the easy part. All of my blades on my saws were for wood and they made light work of the cutting, no need for specialized blades, just take your time and go slow.Assembly tip: Don't even think about assembling as you mount on the wall; It would be nearly impossible to do so since you have to pound the trim pieces into the frames. That's how they stay together firmly and strong. I used a mallet for pounding the ends together, and you can only do that on the ground before installation. Assemble on the floor/ground first, then mount. Ideally you should assemble it on a hard level surface; laminate flooring or linoleum would be ideal to avoid scratching the awning material. This is when it is great that it is light weight, especially if you are installing this by yourself.

Worst product I've ever purchased in my life on Amazon.com.
Worst product I've ever purchased in my life on Amazon.com. Hired a handyman to come install this awning professionally. Awning is plastic and parts don't fit together right. I had to pay the handyman for 2 hours of his time $35 x 2 hours = $70. We had to throw away this terribly built awning. Wasted an entire day on trying to make this awning work. Wasted money on the awning and on the handyman fees. This awning is a joke. Plastic pieces of rubbish. I wish I had the patience to send it back to Amazon.com fo a full REFUND but by the end of the day I was so fed up with it I put it in my trash can.

Se ve muy bien ya instalada
Si me gustó. Es del tamaño que indica. Poner atención en la franja blanca que se ve en la imagen. Lo que sucede es que son dos piezas por cada panel. Pero aun así muy bien.
