My fiancé is a little over 6’7 and weighs roughly 185-195. due to his height should i order a xxl?

Yes, The garment runs very small

Is the vest true to size?

I think so, yes. I looked at the size chart pretty carefully and what I ordered ended up being exactly right.

Does this have an inside concealed carry pocket

This vest does not have an inside conceal carry pocket. In fact it doesn't have any inside pockets. If It did and you put a handgun in it it would print and it's so fitted you wouldn't be able to button it.
