It's sturdy enough and rolls well. But the pink roller is hard plastic. I bought it thinking it was foam. So minus one star for that!

Inappropriate material used for Slavic massage roller
The material used is a hard plastic which may damage muscle tissues when pressure is applied.A good slavic massage roller should be made of marerial that does not hurt or damage muscle tissues.I request for return or replacement with proper product.

It cannot be used for accupressure and pain reliever. The product is very hard and no pointed ends.
