Could I use this for off grid bathroom fan timer, with a one button push operation to run the fan for 10mins each time button is pushed.

press P, the LCD will show "1 ON" word (start the first start), then press M +, H + and D + to set the start time. Press P again, the LCD will display the word "1 OFF" (first time set), then press M +, H + and D + to set the time to the end. In this way you can set a total of 17 times ON / OFF. You can't run the fan for 10 mins each time when it's pushed. It should setup begin and end.

How to turn on manually? I have connected to a 12V battery. When i turn it on manually the roght light comes on but i get no output voltage

There might be something wrong with your connections, if you hit the manual button and the light comes on it means there is power. - 1 and 2 should go to your battery + and - - 3 to the battery negative - 4 to load negative - Connect battery + to load +

what kind of lithium battery is required? is it replaceable? rechargeable? how long will timer function on thins battery?

I've used it for four years and so far I haven't had to change any batteries yet.
