I don't have any complaints about the cost or quality of the item as the cost for embroidery items is obviously high online when compared to the local market. But, the complaint is that the images show a plastic box and we got the item in a plastic cover. I thought that since the cost is more, maybe they are giving a box to partially compensate the price to some extent. Give us what you show or show us what you give. But don't deceive with images.
