Q: i’m confused at how to pick a cup size. i’ve been measured at 30ddd/e, but in the sister sizes i can also wear a c or d or a, etc, based on the band.

I’ve heard when you see things only sized but cup they are usually sized to a 34” band. So sister that size and see what that cup would be. Ymmv, I was lucky enough to find this top in a Marshall’s many years ago in the right cup size for me. I don’t quite remember the size I was at the time, or I would check my 34” theory.

You are exactly right. A D-cup With a 34 band is much smaller than a D-cup in a 38 band. You cannot just pick a cup size, as it is relative to the band size. If you go up a size in band, you automatically go down a size in cup to achieve a similar volume capacity in the cup.

Q: Is the white sheer or opaque enough coverage? I’m not concerned about the “bump” of my nipple, but I don’t want my areola to show through

The material is thick. It has thick padding and a white sheer material on top of the padding. I still don’t recommend getting it. It doesn’t hold up well and it is two sizes small.

Hi! The Body Glove Solo top is true to size, but pretty accommodating, so even if you're a pinch fuller, you should be able to order your regular cup size and get a great fit.
