Much smaller than I expected
I was looking for a light weight headset to use while working from home. This headset is extremely light weight and small. I have a small hand and this head is still smaller than my thumb. The sound quality isn't the best and that is to be expected since it is not one of those serious headphones for listening to the music. I don't even notice it on my ear. Highly recommend!

Clear sound
I have a Motorola one 5g ace and this is the only one that works according to consumer cellular. I bought it here since it was a bit cheaper. It was easy to pair and so easy to use. Very comfortable, easy to answer, hang up. My friend says it sounds great and he’s fairly picky about these things! Worth the money for sure, good quality.

Works great right out of the box
I took it out of the box, charged it, turned it on, pressed the big button, and it paired instantly with both my phone and laptop. Sound quality is fine, range is as expected, and battery lasts a long time. Good product for a reasonable price. My only beef with this headset is that it always defaults to a low volume when you turn it on. It does not keep the volume setting you last used before you turned it off. So every time you turn it on, you have to turn up the volume. That is annoying. I'm not aware of any way to change that default.

SE version is way too quiet.
I’ve owned multiple Talk 25 headsets and had no issues with the original model. I mainly used them when I delivered mail, and the audio quality was crisp and clear. The volume could be raised very high, so I had no issues hearing whoever I spoke to.The 25 SE is pretty much junk. It seems like the volume controls on the headset itself don’t work. Despite having my phone calls at max volume, I have to strain to hear people unless I’m in a very quiet environment. This makes the new headset totally worthless when I’m driving because of road noise. I don’t even like using this at my desk in a completely quiet room. It’s that much of a chore to hear the other person speak.Really feels like I wasted my money.

Not the best mono bluetooth headset
I got this for our company because we were switching over to VoIP from copper landlines, which are expensive and being discontinued nationwide. However, users aged 50+ found this mono headset uncomfortable. I'm surprised at how many people still dislike earbud headphones/headsets.The earbuds have a rubber piece around them with an extension at the end. This rubber can accidentally turn 360 degrees, and you have to figure out the correct position before placing it in your ear for the first time. You need to charge it every night if you work an 8-hour shift, as the battery life is only 9 hours. It doesn't fit perfectly in my ear, and there are no alternative earbud sizes available. The ON and OFF switch can be confusing at first since there's no indicator for ON or OFF on the device. You just have to remember that the Bluetooth symbol means it's off and the battery symbol means it's on.The sound quality is not that great compared to other headsets on the market.Overall, you get what you pay for. The brand offers more expensive models, and I believe those would be a better choice.

Gold Standard
The gold standard for convenient little bluetooth ear pieces. Small, comfortable, reasonably good range, holds its charge well, & is fairly robust. My only quibble is that I wish I could crank the device notification (things like "battery low," not notifications sent by a connected device) volume down, but that is not a big deal.

10 months in, stopped working with Zoom, Teams, and Meets
Worked perfectly well for 10 months, then stopped playing sound from MS Teams, Zoom, and Google Meets. The response to my Jabra support ticket was "The Jabra Talk 25 SE model is not compatible with the MS Teams and Zoom applications", which does not explain why it was working well and then abruptly stopped. So it's a fine headset except that it doesn't play audio for the software I actually need to use it with.
