Good customer service!

Super excited to receive this item just days after a custom order. Large 73” window. Blackout blind would of been perfect, but the frame is cracked. So disappointed. Cracked during shipping. Contacted seller and within one day heard back with a good response that worked well for us! I am impressed with this company’s ability to communicate and serve! Changed my view! What happened during shipping wasn’t their mistake. Seller offered to beef up packaging to avoid this in future.
