Chain came off
Bought this for my kitchen sink. It worked as expected for maybe 2-weeks then the chain came off and as the suction is in fact very good it was a bit of a struggle to remove the plug from the sink I am still using it but I no longer use the chain, I have fitting a large ring to the plug which I can use to pull the plug out. Other than the problem with the chain, it is a very nice product.

My new sink plug
The rubber 0 ring needs to be thicker to stop the water escaping.I fitted a slightly thicker 0 ring now the water stays till I pull the plug out
