Excellent tea
Worth every penny.Black current is popular on the continent, in Scandinavia and Great Britain but not so much in the United States. It is my favorite flavor in the world but it's difficult to find a tea that actually tastes true to the label. The first notion of quality is the scent-although with black currant, not a guarantee. This tea delivers 100%. Very happy with it all the way around. We'll buy again and looking forward to their passionfruit as well!

tasty tea
The taste is not too strong, pleasant and herbal. I don't know if it has benefits, but it doesn't seem to be harmful in any way.

Love this, but…,
I LOVE THIS, but wish it came in regular unbleached, plastic-free tea bags rather than the sachets. I am told that the sachets are safe, but I worry a little. The taste is out-of-this-world delicious, and it makes drinking green tea SO pleasurable. I will continue to order. I look forward to this every morning. Green tea, among other benefits, is supposed to be good for thinning hair….and I think it is, from my own experience.

Amazing flavor and quality
I love cinnamon and this tea has such a strong cinnamon flavor, but not overpowering. Literally perfect! I don’t even use a sweetener, it’s wonderful just plain. Definitely top quality tea! I won’t drink any other cinnamon tea but Harney and Sons

Intensely cinnamon-flavored green tea
I'm a long-time devotee of Harney and Sons green teas. I usually stick with their regular green Sencha; but I also enjoy their flavored green teas such as Tropical, Thai Flavors, and Coconut/Ginger/Vanilla. This new flavor, Hot Cinnamon Spice, is definitely aptly named. One whiff of the opened bag reveals a very intense, nearly burn-your-nose-it's-so-hot, cinnamon smell. After steeping for several minutes, the tea itself has a strong cinnamon flavor with hints of citrus...but is not as overly intense as the smell from the bag. While I do enjoy it, this new flavor seems a strange match-up with green tea. Most cinnamon-spice teas that I've had in the past were in the stronger black or red (rooibos) teas. At first, I felt that the gentle, more delicate taste of green tea seemed a bit at odds with the hot, intense cinnamon taste...but I am actually starting to enjoy it quite a bit. Spicy teas like this are usually favorites of mine during cold winter days so I'll probably stick with my Sencha and the more fruity flavors until the next chilly season rolls around again. As always, H&S's tea "sachets" are so much nicer than a regular tea bag. They're filled with large pieces of green leaves rather than the little brown crumbles found in most tea bags. This particular flavor has chunks of dried orange peel visible in the bag too. My only negative issue with Harney & Son's teas is that their flavored teas often include artificial flavors in addition to the natural flavorings. It's not a huge deal, but since I drink green tea for its health benefits, I'd prefer they left out the artificial stuff. I'm actually not sure on this Hot Cinnamon Spice flavor, though. For some reason, their smaller decorative tea tins include the ingredients listing; but the large bags of 50 sachets don't list any ingredients. The H&S website usually doesn't include a full ingredient listing either. For this flavor, their website simply says that the dried tea leaves are dusted with 3 types of cinnamon and dried orange peel is included.
