Real Canon inks
Real Canon. Excellent quality prints. Last reasonably well for a photo inkjet. Just use Canon (or Canon recommended) paper and follow Canon recommendations and you will get very nice prints. Inkjet prints dry quickly but take at least 24 hours to "cure". So, if your color mgmt. is good but your prints seem a bit dull or faded... wait at least 24 hours. You will see the difference.Easy Canon inkjet install as usual.

I like Canon Ink for label printing. Does not seem to smear when it gets a little damp.

Overly expensive, but works well
I only use Canon ink in our printer. The price is ridiculous, but I am not risking ruining the printer. Plus, the quality of my photos with this ink on Canon paper is impressive.

Only buy ink specific to manufacturer
I have a Canon MX922 printer and had 3 when J had a business. I only used Canon ink for over20 yrs. Tried a generic and it printed only 1.5 pages when it errors out with a printhead error! Use Canon ink only.

Canon inks do make nice prints.
This comment is as much about the printer as the ink. It is a great combonition! My printer may be over ten years old but it works well. I use another printer for professional Prints (8x10, 11x14 …) but, for text with an occasional small print this works.
