After 3 washes my dandruff and itchy scalp went away. I lather up my scalp, use my scalp massager, let it sit while I wash the rest of myself, then rinse. I probably wash my scalp 2-3 times a week. Works like a charm

This is a great anti-dandruff shampoo. I have repurchased it a few times. The shampoo is very thick and concentrated. My only problem with this product is the packaging. It is impossible to squeeze the product out of there. I mostly just dump the product out of it.

I had terrible dandruff. After using head and shoulders for 30 years, I had a very itchy scalp (I felt it was drying), but the dandruff was kept somewhat under control if I washed every other day. I wanted to change to products the EWC approves, so I bought this and tried it. After six weeks of using it every other day, I now have a small amount of itch and a little bit of dandruff after 24 hours. It is much better for my colored hair, and I can go longer between coloring. I like the smell. It reminds me of a margarita. Also, store it upside down to make it easier to get out of the bottle. For me, this works better than H&S. I hope this helps others stick with it through the whole bottle because the results were not immediate but continued over time. My scalp needed time to adjust, and it's much healthier now.

This is a fantastic product. I haven't been able to purchase it lately. I hope they're just changing the packaging. It's great stuff.
