keeping blood pressure in check
My husband has been taking Jiao Gu Lan for 5 months now and it keeps his blood pressure right in the middle of the normal range. He cannot take prescription blood pressure medicenes due to the many side effects, but he has no problems with this preparation. I am starting to take it as well. My blood pressure is the high side of normal, so I'm only taking two a day. It's dropped my blood pressure just the little bit I wanted. ( My husband is taking the 9 a day suggested.) Great product!

Good for lowering trigyceride count
I have been using this product for over 5 years because I have extremely high triglyceride counts. Taking 3 a day originally lowered my count from 800 to 200 and now keeps it under control. The recommended daily dose is 9 per day but that upset my stomach.

Cancer CAUSING supplement
Jiao Gu Lan (Panta Teapills), 100 ct, Plum Flower by Plum Flower contains talcum, which has been shown to CAUSE cancer. The claims by the company seem to state this herb can help the side effects of chemotherapy and radiation. Usually this herb is used for heart issues, not cancer. Reviews are possibly made up as well.. I have decided to return the product.
