I have been endlessly searching for a pillow to replace the IsoCool pillows that I have had for a number of years. IsoCool changed their pillow so that it's not as firm as before I feel. I am a side sleeper so prefer a firm pillow with a gusset to support my neck. This pillow could be firmer for me, but it has worked well so far and I would recommend. I don't know that I notice much cooling with it; however, I have not experienced that effect with most other pillows either, so I feel that it is not the pillow; it is me.

This is, without a doubt, THE BEST PILLOW I have EVER had/used. I am picky & I love memory foam but I don’t want it to be too high & I like it more firm- yet also soft. So, I researched for a while before deciding on this pillow & I am SO over the moon HAPPY with it! The height is adjustable as you can take layers out (I dont even feel the need to it’s so comfortable), it also is the #1 pillow to help people who snore lol & I just now tried it for the first time for my nap & I could literally go to sleep for hours right now because of this pillow. It’s a game changer. Worth every penny.

Great pillow, the only thing that I have an issue with is the shipping. It ships in the pillows original clear zip up bag that anyone could open if they wanted too. Other than that bag there is no protection for the pillow, and the zipper isn't even ziptied to prevent anyone tampering with the pillow inside. ( other reviews who said they arrived stained it was probably due to some liquid seeping through the zipper portion ) Maybe put it in a box or at least a tamper proof bag.

I'm a side sleeper and unfortunately I'm very picky about my pillows. My pillow needs to be the right height, the right amount of support, the right firmess, and it needs to dissipate heat. Over 6 months I tried: multiple Purple pillows (non-existent support), various latex pillows (too bouncy and just couldnt get comfortable), Cushion lab pillow (oddly shaped...my head kept sliding to the middle), and various other pillows.The memory foam in this pillow is perfect. You sink in just slightly, so it feels soft, but it's also supportive.It's the perfect height for a side sleeper like myself. It takes pressure off my shoulder, which is always an issue. I believe there are multiple inserts so you can customize it to some extent, but it was perfect right out of the box for me...all the inserts are in.It has a cooling effect. And just to set expectations - "cooling" pillows are not like an air conditioning for your head. It's not going to blow cold air and it's not going to feel cold to the touch after you've laid on it...because your head will warm it up. My issue is with pillows that absorb and trap heat, so it feels like you're lying on a fireball. This pillow dissipates heat...it never feels like its too hot.All around, great pillow for me. I just wish they'd come down on the price a bit...that's my only complaint.

I find this pillow to be a great buy. I know that it is pricey but it remains cool for a decent amount of time and provides great support.

it is a comfortable pillow. But, it is NOT cold!

Well, I LOVE IT and here’s why, I’ve been sleeping on this pillow for over a week now and every night I’ve had the intentions of laying on it and testing each side and kind of feeling it out. However, without fail every single night I’ve put my head on my pillow and, before I knew it, I passed out. Laying on this pillow now I really like it and feel very supported, as I’m a side sleeper. I was nervous to get another memory foam pillow because my last one never really gave me much support and I always snuck into it. This pillow on the other hand, has been amazing and I really like it!! One thing I had missed when buying it, was that the “warm” side has some fluff sewn into the cover on that side which has been a very minor difficultly trying to declump it but it’s much nicer now. Though, I have found that I tend to sink into the “warm” side a little more, for whatever reason. I had my last pillow for about 6 years and while I was hesitant to buy this pillow as it’s so expensive and there were cheaper ones with more reviews, I’m so glad I chose this one after, all of my research. It’s great with support, had almost nearly no smell when it came, is actually kind of cold on the cold side and the warm side is very soft fabric, and lastly so far I have no fear that this very well made pillow will last me years as well. After receiving this pillow, I was really surprised at all of the positive reviews...in fact, the reviews were the reason I bought this pillow in the first place. I guess it's true what they say about opinions...This pillow was, in my opinion, the worst pillow I've ever seen. It was so hard, it was exactly like sleeping on a spare tire...you know, one of those little donut things. And it's not deep enough to be a "side sleeper" pillow - I tried scrunching it up to get my neck into some sort of natural position but it kept popping back to it's original shape (not my neck, the pillow). There is absolutely nothing cloud-like about this thing.I've learned the hard way (ha...) - this gel/microfiber thing isn't for me.
