Hard to get on and if your kids push on them they squirt drinks out the straw
Not the best, ok for older kids. If you push on them they spray drinks out of the straw.

Great lids, can create pressure and leakage
I really like these lids. They are thick and stretchy, but not overly so. We've had other, thinner silicone lids that seem to tear. These are thicker and I think they will hold up better. They do seem to create some sort of air pressure when a straw is inserted and if you press on the lid, liquid shoots out. This air pressure and leakage issue is the reason for 3 stars instead of 5. Depending on your children and their level of mischief, the lid issue could be anywhere from a small problem to a big mess.

super mom find!
these have saved our cups. we bought pricey contigo and camelback cups for the spill proof aspect. however the kids had different plans for the straws and nipples on these nicer cups. this is why i was left with a bunch of cups with no straws or lids. i saved the cups and got these and some silicone straws. ill never go back to buying those pricey cups. we will get silicone or glass cups along with these lids and stop wasting plastic. the only downfall is the breather hole. i snipped a tiny bit larger hole inside of the one already there and it doesnt shoot out the straw any longer.

Leaks
At first these worked great but maybe they stretched out?? Now they leak when I use them on the pint mason jars.

Stop the spills!!!
These things are pretty neat. I ordered them for my 2 yr old daughter who thinks she is above soppy cups, but not above spills. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because I found these only really stay put on smaller glass cups, or very sturdy/thick plastic. They slip right off of their plastic kid sized cups. (Keep this in mind if buying)They do however, prevent spills when they stay on! These things help to feed my toddlers ever growing independence, so we love them!

but I gave them 3 stars because I do like them ok
I use these with silicone straws in glass jam size Mason jars for my 12month old. They take some skill to stretch on without knocking over the whole glass and once on, there is a risk of milk erupting up through the straw if you put pressure on the lid surface. So those are the negatives, but I gave them 3 stars because I do like them ok, and have continued to use them. Once assembled, they are pretty spill proof and I like the lack of plastic. The glass seems pretty safe wrapped in the silicone. there may be something better out there, but this is what I have, and it's alright. They should probably be cheaper than $10.

Very small. Not a good fit for regular size cups.
These are VERY SMALL. I've purchased a similar product in the past that was larger and easier to put on larger cups. Although the product description states that the cover will fit up to a 3.5" opening. That's quite a stretch both literally and figuratively.

Not completely leakproof
The media could not be loaded. We got these for my 18 month old, who has been taking big mouthfuls of her drinks and then letting them dribble out of her mouth, in the hole that the novelty of these with a straw would distract her enough for her to actually drink her drinks. These worked for all of five minutes before she realized that she can press the top down and make the water shoot out of the straw like a fountain. As far as leakproofness, these do work to keep an entire open-mouth cup from spilling when knocked over. But if left long enough on it’s side, these will leak through the straw. They also spray the contents of the cup everywhere when shaken or spun around, so if your kid is into twirling while drinking, like mine, keep looking. These would probably be good for an older, less mischievous kid but they don’t work at all for us. I wish I could return them.

Not good
The silicone is hard, so very difficult to open to place on the cups, and once you manage to place it on, the thing holds too much air in the cup so if you touch it you have liquid splashing out of the straw. Not good at all, and it smells like cheap material.

Terrible.
Terrible!!! Wouldn't buy again. Only had them for a month and already two are ripped. Very poor quality!!

Great product for transitioning toddlers from bottle to cups
These silicone suction lids are perfect for transitioning toddlers from bottles to cups/glasses. We used it for our older kid and bought a second set for our younger one now.Highly recommended.

Great lids very versatile, a little tricky to put on.
Really great once they are on. You can use the hole as a spout or put a straw in it. Spill proof but not leak proof, you couldn't stick it in a bag and travel but if it gets knocked over they're pretty good. Fits all of the beaker type cups that we have. Feels quite durable although we've only used them a couple of times. The down side is that they are quite tough to put on a full beaker. Hubby can manage but my hands aren't quite strong enough to get it on in one. It's not a flaw, it's necessary so that it fits all the cups but is also a tight seal.
