we enjoyed the set it is nice stretchable someone in our group was over 300 lb and it fit them really nice. The lower skirts are plastic but they seems to be doable and you can actually use them more than once

I really like how I didn't have to buy both kid and adult sets of skirts. The skirts fit both my mom, my little sister, and my other family members. They really enhanced our tropical party and the quality of the skirts and necklaces were great.

Used this for Hawaiian day @ work. Love the Velcro on the skirt but we lost the actual strings all day. They’re not actually secured to to the waist, they’re basically just woven through the elastic.
