Good for Windows OS | Battery backup is lesss
After using this laptop for a week. Here is my review:1. It includes Intel's 12th Gen i7 CPU which is hybrid CPU and latest in Intel's technology. Do not expect support in Linux OS (Atleast as of now Ubuntu and anu Linux OS below Kernel version 5.16 doesnot have support for this processor). So performance will degrade in Linux OS Desktops.2. Since it is High performance CPU (12700H), Battery power will last no more than 3 to 4 hrs. For good battery power, Look for U-type CPUs.3. Fingerprint sensor is from Synaptic Inc and is also new sensor model. So no support in Linux yet. But work's fine in Windows 11.4. Heating issue is there. Laptop hits with very little more load than normal. Fan is down(base) side, so working on bed is difficult as fan will not be able to cool it efficiently due to closing of ventilation.5. Camera is good for video calls.6. Sound quality is good but loudness is less.7. Display quality is good. Most of the OS (Linux) are not made for this screen size and quality, so they are scaled to 200% to fit the screen. This makes most of windows look blurry. Though this problem is not in windows due to their rich quality of windows and bars. In most Linux Desktop this will look blurry.8. Performance is good. Memory is usage is more in Windows. But that's normal with Windows OSes. Hp won't provide support for Linux OS if you are planning to install that in this. You need to find out supported drivers yourself.9. Build quality is good and strong. Its not heavy weight, neither too lightweight.10. Gets free subscription to MS Office Home.Go for it, if you use your laptop with Windows OS and performance is your priority than battery.

Let down 👎 by its battery
Everything about this laptop is slick..blazing fast..premium lok and feel..ample ports..crisp display. The ONLY let down is it's battery. You get 5 to 6 hours max if you configure it for best power efficiency..so always carry the charging brick..But it's smooth and handles any load even efficiency mode..so go for it

Nice product by HP
It is thin and slim as mentioned, features are awesome. Too fast as it is i7 12th gen, 1tb SSD and 16gb ram. Recently I purchased so not sure about long run but can compitite with other configurational laptop for next 2-3 years easily. But battery drain too fast only 3 hours of running on battery. Charging is also very slow took nearly 2 hours to charge full.

Worth every penny
There is so much to talk about this laptop. First of all this is the most under rated laptop in amazon. Because you pretty much wont find such great spec nowhere near this price range. The processor is i7 12700h which is a processor that comes with laptops priced above 1 lakh. And the only bad part is that is its pro and con. On the pro side you get such great processing power in such a small form factor, but on the other hand this chassis is not capable to cool it down. I played dota 2 in this and with 10 minutes the upper side of the key board got heat up, but didn't face any lag or frame drops. Let me sum up the pros and cons belowPros:1- 2.8k OLED display with HDR2- Intel i7 12th gen processor (12700h)3- A nice key board4- Fast charging (50% in 30 mins)5- A crazy cool web cam 5MP (Nowhere in amazon they say this, don't know why)Cons:1- DDR 4 (For this price its ok)2- NVME M.2 3.0 (Again for the price its fine, at least its swappable)3- Battery life (Oh please can't demand more for this laptop which only cost you just Rs 81990.00 after all discounts.Final verdict: Those who want a laptop with great screen and amazing performance at an affordable rate may choose this. This laptop is great for day to day work, photo editing, and casual gaming. Am not expecting it to perform video editing, still it could manage 1080p video editing smoothly.PS; if your budget is 80k

Awesome screen. Good purchase!
Updated after 1month - Serial number of device not printed on invoice. HP denied partner offer Read same on other comments as well. May face issue with warranty later.Purchased this model on the day of launch- Prime day. Primary reason being the first pavillion laptop with OLED screen and 400 nits brightness and I7- 12700H processor. Also the built of the laptop is metal and very well built. Note- This is Pavillion Plus series, build quality and displays are discriminating factor from Pavillion series . Extremely satisfied with the display. Sound is average , just as much louder as other HP laptops. Excellent movie experience with Bluetooth speakers.Processor is also great at this price point 12700H beats other 12th gen U series and P series processors. No lag or any performance related issues yet. Able to open coding apps and multitasking with ease. Didn't face heating issues as well.Cons -This one is not EVO certified. I believe i7 12700h processor is built for performance , and hence it is not as much power efficient as i7 1235u and 1250p. My personal choice was performance over battery .The battery backup is also around 3-4 hours on full brightness being 51watt hr battery . I like the device and would recommend for high performance users and for entertainment. The screen is amazing and device built is amazing with metal body and light weight.

Excellent laptop. Crap exchange policy from Amazon.
The laptop is as shown and being hp works pretty well. This is my third hp laptop and its good value for 16 gb / i7 / 1 tb ssd. However Amazon exchange policy is crap. My delivery executive accepted my old laptop but the warehouse team did not. Apparantely the policy at different technical teams at different points is not same. I had to pay full amount and am not sure how to dispose my old laptop.
