Exactly as described
Does what's required, easy to fit, neat and clean looking. Happy! BUT 6 months on it has already broken and we'll need to replace yet again (the original had lasted some 15+ years!). Very disappointed having been pleased with ease of fitting and looks originally. Not been roughly treated, for a bedroom window opened each night. Now very disappointed . Addendum since stating the issue I have had, the suppliers have offered to replace or refund the item which I appreciate and as I had to get a replacement asap for security purposes I have requested a refund. Good service, just unfortunate that I received a substandard item but that happens, not everything can be perfect all the time and it was good while it lasted. If time hadn't been of the essence and I'd not already got a different replacement I would have settled for another of the same as I'm sure it was just unfortunate on this occasion. Ovwrall I was impressed with it for ease of fitting and it did the job, super impressed with the sellers response, a good and genuine service so I'll buy from them again should I need in the future.
