So far so good
I work 12 hours a day on my feet and the heel of one of my work shoes had worn away, these saved me from having to buy a new pair for over €100.I put them in both shoes and it feels more noticeable in the good shoe but still very comfortable. It was an odd sensation at first so I tried to remove it but the adhesive started to pull away the lining of my shoe so i left it in. Currently 5 hours into my work day and I forgot it was there.As for making shoes fit better the difference for me seems marginal although my shoes fit okay anyway.Altogether a good product I would definitely recommend.

Omg omg omg!!! These made my shoes fit perfectly now that I have these in them! It doesn’t rub against your skin or doesn’t come off easily after you put it on so no worries of it coming off later on unless you take it off!! Love ittttt
