Heel box to big, even with socks
Wow! Reading the reviews regarding size are all over the place. One person wrote they always wear size 9 with Vionics but felt is was necessary to replace with a Size 9.Another said they were fine with socks only, another said they were fine barefoot. I have nothing but Vionics in my closet, always a SIze 9 Medium/Regular width. I have all the styles. Dress shoes. Walking shoes. Sandals. Closed toe slip on. Always a 9. I love this shoe. Love the arch support and comfort. Fits perfect in the toe box but the heel is too loose. My heel actually lifts out of the shoes when I walk, when I put them on with bare feet or thinner ankle socks. They fit with thicker socks, but reading the reviews I’m hesitant to keep them if they stretch at all. My decision now is, do I try an 8.5 or try another 9, see if the shoe sent is a one off. While many say the shoe fits perfect, I’ve never seen the number of comments about size like this shoe. Vionic shoe reevaluate the shoe sizing here.

Great Shoe
It did take 3 times to get the size right.I usually take a size 8 but it was too big and the 7.5 was a bit tight.I settled on 7.5 wide. I do have a slight bit of heal slippage but overall it's not bad.

Order more than one pair for quality control
I have been wearing these shoes since 2017 to help with plantar fasciitis and they have been great in preventing pain. They also last for 1/12 to 2 years. I buy 2 pair, size 10 in the all black, one for outside and one pair for inside. This year when I ordered 2 pair, one pair fit as expected. The second pair was large enough that I walked out of the shoes. I kept the pair that fit, returned the second pair, and cautiously ordered two more pair, in case the same problem occurred. It did. Of the second order one pair fit as expected and one pair was too big. The shoes did not look worn, so I do not think they were stretched out and returned. I think that the quality control is not what it use to be. I also noticed that on Amazon.com the shoes are no longer called "Vionic Agile Kea" but just "Vionic Fitness Shoes" which is more of a generic name, so maybe something about the manufacturing has changed.

Mostly true to size on this pair!
In Nike I wear a 10, sometimes 10.5. In Vionic the range is 9.5 to 10.5. I have found the 9.5 to be more narrow than the 10. I typically wear a medium width but I prefer the wide Vionic size 9.5. I prefer a medium in the Vionic 10.I ordered the 9.5 wide in this shoe and find it fits me perfectly! The arch is closer to the heel but with wear Vionic arch typically flattens some and these appear to be no exception. I have high arches so I need good arch support. My heel does slip up/down slightly in these. Some of Vionics shoes have larger heel areas. This pair is about average, I would say just a hair larger than they could be for me.Also, if you have ever placed your own inserts into a shoe and felt the shoe was too shallow to hold them? As if it would be nice if the shoe were just slightly deeper? That's how this shoe feels for me WITHOUT changing the insole. It's kind of strange. I think it's in part due o the arch being so much closer to the heel area?Again, since I know these arches will shrink I believe the 'shallow' feeling will lesson along with the shrinking. And since my foot feels comfortable in this shoe right off the start without breaking them in, I'm keeping this pair.

Wasn’t sure….
I bought these shoes to use after a total knee replacement. When I received them, the toe box was not as wide as I like and the arch did not seem as supportive, nor placed as well as my various Vionic slides. I ordered a 9.5 while I wear a 9 in my sandals (woman’s size). They are lightweight and fit fine with thin socks or without socks. It is 6 weeks after my surgery now and I am glad I have them. They have been easy to slip on and off with or without socks and comfortable enough for trips to doctor visits… They may not be my favorite walking shoes, but have been good for this recovery and rehab and am looking forward to using them again for my second knee replacement.

I'm liking them
These are tough to put into a fit category. I am a straight up 6.5 when I am measured and when I wear "normal' shoes. I have a narrow heel but the front of my foot runs a little wide, not wide enough for wide shoes, but I can have issues if the shoe is too tapered. I have an low arch in one foot and no arch in the other due to an injury and suffer from plantar fasciitis.I wear a size 6 in the Vionic sandals and they are perfect.I tried a 6 and a 6.5 in these shoes. For fit, the heel and length in the 6 was perfect but the front of my foot was vert tight. The 6.5 was more comfortable at the toes but the heel was a little loose and although it is a 1/2 size up there was not noticeably issue in length, it did not feel too long.I kept the 6.5 and have been wearing it without socks. I have not had it long but I love them so far. The grey is nice, the shoe is very comfortable and cute . So far I am loving them and am so happy to have found a shoe (that is not a sandal) I can slip on easily and go. I have had no pain or issues with my feet at all. I have decided I love these shoesUpdate: I love the shoes but they get smelly and nothing have tried works to relieve the stench. I have never had an issue with foot / shoe odor so no clue what it is. If you get them, wear them with socks. I purchased a second pair and it did stop the stench from happening as quickly but nothing stops it indefinitely.

Just what I needed
Have recently discovered Vionic as they really help with my foot support issues. These trainers are super comfy and support my arches, makes walking so much more comfortable. Material is easy to clean after a walk on the beach or muddy walks, very lightweight and stylish, even look good when wearing a skirt and tights.Very pleased with this purchase.

Comfort!
I bought these after reading the reviews about how good they were. I had my hip replaced just under 2 years ago and couldn't find anything which gave me comfort for any length of time .I got a size 4 and they were kind of tight so stuffed them with paper and left them for a couple of days and once I started walking in them, the tightness eased off and it's truly like walking on air. It takes a bit of getting used to having an arch in them but we'll worth it. Down side is I bought the light blue which were £34 and I was going to buy another pair , however the price is now jumped to £68 + pity , but I can't afford that :-(

Saved my feet !
These shoes have saved my feet. Wow who would have thought they would make such a difference. I was in pain in both feet now that has diminished to the point I can walk normally again am looking for a pair for work now but none in my size and all black which is a disappointment.. I will keep looking, definitely worth the money!

I am so pleased with these shoes
I am so pleased with these shoes. I have problems with my feet, rheumatoid arthritis and planter fasciitis. I ordered a half size bigger than I used to wear, before the arthritis started. Having lived in the same pair of sandals for months it is a joy to wear different shoes.
