Instapak Quick RT #10 (x9) Packing and Shipping Solution – American Bubble Boy

I Use these to ship fragile porcelain figurines, this stuff inflates like crazy, and it inflates so fast that there were several times I could not get the item laid down in the box before the stuff was done inflating and got stiff, even though I had laid everything out everything in the box before hand to gauge it, and to make sure I knew how to lay/place the items in it. This stuff also gets very stiff so some of the items I shipped arrived broken because there was too much pressure on them from this hard foam. This works good for singular/solid pieces, does not work very well for figurines with any parts sticking out such as hands or wings, works better for a vase or a jar or something like that. It is very lightweight, so it saves on shipping costs, but it does inflate so fast it is very difficult to pack items even when you have already figured out where they need to go in the box. It does tend to inflate more on one side than the other, even if you pop and mix the foam and spread it out flat before it inflates . Very expensive for my needs. I did buy an off brand/knock off version and those didn’t inflate as much and I had to use two of those to fill the same space that one of these would

I used this when moving to protect the things inside my desktop. Was easy to use it and really quickly expanded to fill up the space in my desktop. I do recommend making sure everything is ready for you to use it prior to mixing the two parts, otherwise you might not have enough time to get it in place before it sets. Will keep buying them whenever I need to move to protect my stuff.

Works really really well as perfectly form fitting packaging. Takes a little technique to use it properly, but it's not too difficult.The only thing I don't like is how expensive it is - it's really expensive to use, so I would not recommend it except when shipping something expensive that really needs form-fitting packaging.

I needed something good to secure a computer I was shipping overseas. Like always, I read the reviews on this, after watching a few reputable tech youtubers show how they used this to package their computers to ship - plus, saw them unbox computers shipped from manufacturers that had this item used to secure the innards of a computer.Negative reviews made me nervous, but bought it anyway to see how well it worked. If it didn't, I could try something else. I made sure there was nothing sharp that would puncture the bag by using thin pliable sheet foam (But you could literally use anything - paper) and followed the instructions. The bag was bigger than others said it would be, and I only had to use one back to protect the upper portion of the PC's innards. I used solid Styrofoam to support the underside of the GPU, and put it inside a plastic bag. If you are quick (Like the instructions tell you to be) and activate the bag properly then quickly place it inside the case and close it after ensuring the foam spreads around the bag evenly the foam expands quickly. I have a temper glass panel looking into the case, so I could see it expanded down to the motherboard, and up to the glass panel. Mission accomplished - it worked as advertised, because I actually followed the instructions.

I used this product to protect my computer while shipping overseas in a suitcase, in checked luggage. It worked great, I had to use two of them. It will protect your large graphics card(rtx3080 in my case), as well as other components.
