How much flour can the dough mixer handle?

It can process 1.3–4.8 lb (600–2200 g) of flour (dry ingredients). Using less or more than this range may affect the final dough texture.

Can I adjust the mixing speed or fermentation temperature?

Speed and temperature are fixed, but the Mix and Ferment durations can be adjusted.

Does the package include a recipe book?

No recipe book is included at the moment. However, we’re continuously updating the manual and adding recipe videos to the product page. Recipes for stand mixers are also applicable (some may require slight adjustments in proportions).
