It's a blessing more people should know about
I've been taking it since 1984, after The Saturday Evening Post published a study of it. My doctor says it's probably one of the main reasons I'm 85 and still going. As to taste: i don't know. I take it with with milk or yogurt and dont chew it. My doctor also said their Vet has recommended it for their cat!

Keeps me well and healthy
Can't beat this price. I've been taking this about 2 years and I am never sick. For me, it totally keeps my immune systems in good shape. When I've run out, I notice I will pick up someone's cold or cough, but as long as I'm taking the L-Lysine I feel like I'm protected. Also, Nature's Bounty is the only brand I buy for any of the supplements. I totally trust them.
