Very worst item not recommend
It is not really filled with original cotton actually filled with waste yarns. Be fluctuating, not flat all yarns are going one side. I bought for my spine relief, I got pain because of this.

The mattress quality is not that much as expected, it's look like a bedsheets thickness.
