Great way to modernize an older system.
This was a plug & play replacement for a fifteen year old 6139B fixed display keypad on a ADT SafeWatch Pro 2000 [Vista 20SE-ish] system. After a little programming to properly name the zones, it has exceeded our expectations. The display is bright, easy-to-read and the dedicated arming keys make it simple to use.I wish there was a way to change some of the prompts in our setup, for instance when you arm it in STAY mode, it displays "You may now exit" which is kind of the opposite of what you should do. This might be a limitation of our panel, so YMMV.

This is an upgrade from a earlier model keypad the display is very defined and easy to read. The earlier model had a back light that was allways on, a good feature in a darker area or hallway. This keypad the back light comes on when any button is pressed. The speaker is very clear and fairly loud. So far it has worked well.

Lots easier to use than the 6152 but still have a lack of programming instructions. All documentation seems to be geared to a professional installer.

Keypads are great
Next to the talking keypads these are very nice. One of the better keypads I install, have used in 30+ houses, no complaints from any customers.

Same as the 6162rf . Honeywell is getting rid of them. Works great only one in use at this time.
