Q&A 1.Q: Is our bottles insulated? Can it be filled with hot water? A: Our bottle is NOT insulated or thermal. It is designed for the mixing of protein powder which is not supposed to be dissolved in hot water. There's danger for hands burning when it's filled with hot water. Please DO NOT fill it with hot liquid. 2.Q: Can we put the bottle into the washing machine? A: We suggest you hand washing, because it's possible for the Logo and the shining colour on the bottle to get washed away, which affects the looking of it. 3.Q: Will the liquid leak out? A: Normally it won't leak. Our defective percentage is 0.1%. If there should be a quality problem, please do contact us at the first place. We will send you a new one or we can also refund you. 4.Q: How to store our bottle correctly? A: Our product can be stored in cabinet as well as other cups. But we recommend you to keep the cover opened, so the odour of protein powder will not remain within. 5.Q : How should we remove the smell if there's in the bottle? A: if not cleaned up in time, some protein and nutrient solution will produce unpleasant odor. If your shaker does smell, you can use the following methods to remove it: * wrap a small piece of activated carbon in a newspaper, put it into the shaker, tighten the lid. I should have looked more closely...assumed because it was stainless, that it was insulated. It's not.

faulty
The thread on the lid is broken when I opened it and you cannot screw the lid on correctly. I cannot even use the shaker and want to return the item. The window for return closed on November 30 which is not acceptable given it was purchased as a christmas stocking gift

Cap doesn't screw on properly
Bottle looks and feels fantastic but the lid doesn't thread on properly. If you tighten it to much it just falls off and if you don't tighten it enough the whole cap falls off when you pop open the spout to drink from. A water bottle without a working lid is useless

sadly had to return; the metal trim on the lid came off after a few washes.

Not for hot beverages!
Although the cup is fine for shakes and smoothies, I had anticipated using it for hot lattes etc. The ad doesn't say you can use it for hot liquids but because it's stainless steel, I stupidly assumed it would be insulated. You can't use this for hot, you will burn your hand.
