It came in a very nice box and has several pairs of earbuds in different sizes. Light weighted so it's no problem hang on my neck and don't get lost. Easy to connect to Bluetooth and the sound is very clear even in a noisy room. Like it so far.

LOVE these earbuds, if they would only stop breaking
These earbuds are wonderful, when they work. They fit my small ears perfectly, never falling out no matter how intense the workout. My husband has much larger ear openings and the 3-sizes of silicon options fit his ears too. I mainly use them for running, and a fully charged battery does not run out on me even during very long marathon-training runs. The pause feature works well, and I’ve taken phone calls with these on and they work perfectly for that too.Now for the bad. I’ve gone through countless pairs of these headphones since my first purchase in 2017. I get a few good months out of them, and something goes wrong. The most common is that the battery dies and will no longer hold a charge. My latest pair would just disconnect after about 2 hours of use, and when I tried to reset and connect them again, they wouldn’t turn back on. Tribit has a lifetime warranty, and they have been awesome about exchanging the bad ones for a new pair every time something goes wrong. I eventually purchased another pair from Amazon, so I could have a backup while waiting for Tribit to send the replacement (because it was happening that often, but I really do love these earbuds!). Tribit’s customer service is excellent. Response within a few days, troubleshooting suggestions, and ultimately no issues replacing if troubleshooting does not solve the problem.Overall I have to rate 3 stars. Love the design, but the quality just isn’t there to last.

Worth Every Penny.
I paid 23.99 for these. I then paid 109.00 for a separate name brand set. Both came in the same shipping box. This is worth every penny..... **IF**..... you like some bass. These things have so much more bass and lower frequencies than the 109 dollar set. Which... I actually prefer. And let’s be real...It all comes down to preference obviously just like these reviews.Charging wasn’t bad either... when I opened up the box and I immediately put it on the charger. It comes with the usb cord that you attach to the volume control/pairing section (the thing with the 3 red buttons). But it won’t come with the actual wall charger. No biggie cause I’m sure everyone has a wall charger. I used an standard iPhone wall charger with the provided usb cord. Charging to get the blue led light from the red “charging” led light wasn’t more than an hour. I’d give a specific time but I lost track of it and I know it wasn’t more than a hour. Could be 10 min for all I know but just being honest. I’m 3 hours in of using it so we’ll see if it has the 10 hour claim to fame like the ad/title says. At least we know it’s 3 hours in at minimum.Back to the sound. Lots of bass. Again lots of lower frequencies. Not so much in the mids and treble sound areas. The sound is clear, but maybe not enough for some folks. The bottom line is. They work great. And easy to pair. Just hit and hold the middle red button while pairing up with your cell and mine was linked in less than 2 seconds. It also comes with a little bag of other ear pieces for fit as well.So.... should you buy it? Yes... if you can live with the fact that you’re not getting BOSE type quality sound for 23.99. I looked at all the great reviews that folks wrote and said it’s 23.99... so why not. And I’m happy with the purchase. I’m sure you will be as well.

Great!....while they last.
I want to give these 5 stars,I really do. I love the sound quality and they turn up loud enough for my darn-near-deaf ears whereas many other headphones do not live up to the challenge. The Bluetooth range is solid. The microphone is admittedly pretty terrible and I could never use this as a phone, but I kinda learned to deal with it bc of the super sound quality (for my price range, this is about as expensive as I'll go). Fully charged they run, eh, 6-7ish hours depending on how much you're actually playing music (vs just having them on but paused). My problem is the durability. They put up with a lot but the battery life is garbage! And I mean that in total life. I bought my first pair in Jan 2018. By beginning of May 2018, they had completely died. Wouldn't hold a charge. I then did something I never do, I emailed customer service. Normally I just replace headphones when they die but I had higher expectations for these. I mean, 5 months? To their benefit, customer service got back fairly quickly and said just to send them in and they'll send a replacement. I was a little upset they wouldn't 2-day ship them like Amazon but whatever. About a week later, got a replacement.Well, as I was afraid of, my second pair just died. Same thing, won't hold a charge. I guess I got at least almost a year on these... 😕I'll be trying another brand for replacements.

Average...
I am updating my review based on furth er use because after using these earphones more, the critic in me kicked in. They are not bad, but they are not great either. The build quality is quite good, in-line controls feel kind of cheap, but the rest is quite solid, also with an IPX5 certification. Bluetooth is strong, it pairs fairly fast, there was no noticible latency for videos in my experience and the connection was stable outdoors with no dropouts. Battery life is solid, I personally average around 8 hours at a normal volume, not quite 10 but maybe it's just my experience. These earphones are pretty comfortable and stay in my ears very nicely, even with chewing in my experience at least, they stayed in. But the sound is nothing really special, the bass is not that great (not that it sounds thin per se) but it is not the best in terms of impact and I maybe because of only supporting SBC, I also noticed a bit of a hissy artifact in some basslines (in some bass havy songs) (I also had this issue with the Jaybird Tarah) and the treble was not great either, it lacks definition for my taste (not completely muffled but not exactly my taste) they don't sound bad but it's also nothing special at its price. They have a good form factor and quality for the price, but they are rather average to me.
