When I got them out of the package it was after work and they were super cold. My feet hurt so badly from work. I put them on my feet the cold helped my swelling. They were super comfortable. I wore these to bed the first day I received them. I did end up kicking them off in my sleep. But then wore them again for about 3 hours today. I have noticed my toes lay flatter. There is space between all of my toes and my toes feel better. My only complaint was just operator error. Walking on hard wood floors with them was quite awkward. They were fine after I put socks on.

Overall they get the job done spacing the toes but If you need a big adjustment then other then the adjustable big toe spacer the other toes with not get much space. I have worn them and my other toes touch without issue. The softness of the material is nice but a downside is it can attract dirt easily.Great if you need a minor adjustment and don't want painful toes as these don't do that like others I have tried that hurt within a few hours.

These separate the toes. I do not have painful bunions ( yet ) but do have the big toe overlapping the second toe. When I use just a separator for the big toe it pushes all the others toward the little toe. These help keep all the toes in line. I wear them all day in my shoes. Very comfortable. They come with different hardness of separator for the big toe so you can graduate to more separation.

I slipped the Tenicore 2 Pairs Toe Separators on before bed -- NOT my best idea. They slid on and off all night as I shifted positions under the sheets.My feet DID feel better with them on then off, after a solid day of testing. Part of that may have just been the product's cushy softness.I also managed to wear them with sneakers, which was good.There sadly wasn't a Foot Moment of Radical Improvement, though.

Material rolls up bottom of foot when walking. Dissatisfied.

Went to a podiatrists and didn't get much help (seems we all have to be proactive in our own medical needs these days, right?)So I found these & my PC was impressed with my find. They keep my toes from bending worse causing the rest of my toes to rub. Hoping I can stave off surgery! (FYI have heard minimal bunion surgery is more tolerable, tough 🤔). I ordered a separator that doesn't wrap around the big toe to wear under sox. These can get a bit constricting over time.

I put them on n put sneakers on put on allday.idk what i did but my feet are blown up bruosed purple on both top feet idk i should have read.
