So it does not specify in the description but the dumbbell bars are hollow which kinda defeats its purpose when you set up the weights it doesn't feel that sturdy or real it's hard to describe there is no density so it throws you off lifting the weights I prefer some real mass along with the weights and this doesn't do it the long bar is ok.

These are nice but when they arrived I noticed one of the clamps were missing. Checked the box and wasn’t there.

These bars are very hollow and not good for barbell only workouts. I needed a barbell for my workouts without having to take the weights off our Olympic barbell. This one has no weight to it at all and 3 of my clamps were a little rusted.

This is not long enough for my weight bench😡. The return window has closed. I just till it out the package

I definitely should have read the reviews. A standard curl bar is about 25 lbs. This one is probably less than 10 lbs. The dumbbell bars are also hollow. They'll do but if you're lifting heavy weights, they won't last.
