Movement failure
This item performed perfectly for the first day. Then there was a low noise when it rotated (low grinding). By the end of the first week the grinding had become severe, so I had to discontinue that and set it for static only. As a simple light source it is perfect for my needs, but it would have been nice to have the option of rotation also. That is why it only gets 3 stars - it only completes half of the promises.

Light up your glass
We collect glass paperweights several of which we display on very thin LED pads which came from Switzerland. Could not find similar product in UK so bought this one. Very good value for what it does and well worth trying it if you have never tried to underlight a glass ornament. Ideal time to try one over Xmas as this one has different colours and would make an interesting decoration

Fabulous item!
I bought this to use with my son's 18th birthday cake. I wanted to use it to create a 'working turntable' for a record player cake. So far, it looks perfect for the job and a 7" vinyl turns beautifully on it (aided by a piece of non slip mat.)It's quite noisy, but that's not a problem for what I need it for. It might drive you mad after a few hours though.Lovely little thing. Great LED light display. Very good value - I've seen others selling for a lot more. Very happy with my purchase.

Nice LEDs, motor not really up to the job.
This is the second one of these that I've bought to do a Christmas display as the lights do work nicely. This was a replacement as the last one's motor failed after 2 years of the display, so probably ran for about 8 weeks in total before the motor completely failed. This motor lasted 10 days so had to retro fit in an alternative.

Very effective!
This is a fabulous product, although it does squeak when rotating. Maybe a little oil will do the trick. Still, great product!

It arrived on time,not very well packaged but no damages and I'm really pleased with it, slightly noisey but it does the job.
