It helps me digest large meals. Does what it says on the tin. A bit expensive compared to other brands but I guess you pay for the quality.If you are sensitive to lactose, you'd need separate lactase enzyme with a max strength in addition to this one.

After developing a sensitivity to sugar after a severe stomach upset, I found I could not even digest the smallest amount of chocolate. This is a broad spectrum enzyme so it contains sucrase which is needed to digestion sucrose (sugar). Many enzymes don't contain this. I have found that after being on these enzymes for several months, my digestion has started to recover.

have been using this product for over a year, getting excellent results, beats prescription medication for tummy problems any day of the week.have been buying from cheapest seller for over a year now and thought I should write a review to help others.My balance has been fully restored, going to stop using to see if symptoms return......was told to use until tummy settles.....it has, bowel movement are regular and normal so stopping after this batch runs out.

Have been taking these for a while now as I was recommended them my natural doctor. I still think they are quite expensive though, but I'm gonna carry on taking them for a while.
