Casio Men's AQ-S810W-2AVCF Sport Analog Watch

This watch is an excellent value. It looks good, is very easy to read, and should never need a battery change. It is not fancy but it is attractive and very functional. The blue color is not at all overwhelming and is actually quite dark. I could not tell from the picture and was pleased to find that just the dial is black and the color difference between the dial and case is very minimal. From a functional standpoint I particularly like the easy process to adjust world time as I often travel outside of the US.I would have liked a second hand but it is really unnecessary as the seconds display in the digital window. Also, you have to toggle the window display to show the day of the week or the date. My preference would be to show both in the same window view. The directions that come with the watch are complete but the font is very small so I recommend that you download the PDF of the manual to a portable device so that you always have it available in an easy to read format. You will need to read the instructions to set up your home time zone and to learn the logic of the adjustment process and to understand the various displays that the watch is capable of showing.If you are looking for an inexpensive, attractive, and very functional sport watch, buy this watch. It is excellent.

I wanted a very inexpensive analog watch, easy to read at a glance.This Casio perfectly fills the bill. It seems fairly well built. The lume on the hands and 3,6,9, and 12 o'clock positions lights up better than I expected, but does dim rather quickly. Contrary to the listed description, the crystal is NOT mineral crystal, it is plastic. It arrived charged to the "MID" level. I charged it to the "HI" level by letting it sit under a CFL lamp over night. It has stayed on "HI" charge level since then. Overall, I love this watch!

This model also has a few wonderful features that make it the ideal every day watch and for sport activities too.The case has nice rubber grips to help you access the buttons, unlike some watches that protect the buttons so well that you can't use them.The strap is good vented on the bottom and scalloped on the sides to allow air to flow over and under it. It feels quite durable but comfy. This really is a watch you could wear year round in the desert heat or ice cold with perfect comfort. Its also surprisingly light.The whole thing is solar powered, which I can tell you is a big deal.In summary this watch does just about everything you can get for the money you pay and even better.

This is the right watch that I wanted for swimming.No battery change need, good design(enough big), accurate time, multi function, 100m water resistant, good price, very light weight, etc.Almost everything is good and I am happy with it so far!Fast delivery(3 day) and free shipping were additional points.The only cons are no second hand, small digital number, no day w/ date and not bright light.I really recommend this watch for active men with very good price.

Very handsome overall, but the digital readout is impractical. The tiny window with tinier digits shows the month, day, and running seconds, like this 4, 7 38 which stands for April, 7 and you're 38 seconds into the current minute. There is no second hand so they omitted the day-of-the-week and put seconds there, consequently, it doesn't read TUES 4 - 7 as I would prefer. And you can forget about the light. It does not light the face, only the tiny window, and that just barely. The luminescent dial is very weak so, if you need to tell the time in the dark, pack a flashlight. The analog dial is easy to read when there is sufficient light. The watch is good looking and lightweight. Rick

I really love the design of this Casio model however it must be having some battery flaw...this the fourth(!!!) set I ordered (from different sellers) and had to return all of them back...One was completely dead on arrival, the other three had battery indicator set to 'Low' and they would not pick up any charge even if I leave in the open sun for several hours. A lot of people may not even notice this but this is definitely an issue. I have other solar Casio models that I have been wearing for years and they still show the 'HI' mark...If somebody could recommend a seller who has this watch in the working order, I will get it in a heartbeat.

What I was looking for was a watch that was accurate, water resistant, lightweight, and easy to read in the dark. This watch had an illuminating feature, but it only illuminates the small digital display, and ultimately was not easy to read in the dark. The hands glow, so not all is lost, but it is still not easy to read in the dark.Other than that, this watch is excellent. The solar power collects power during the day, or under lamps at night. I understand that, when fully charged, it will last 10 months.. Suffice is to say, unless you live in a cave and never get out, power is never going to be a problem.The calendar is preset for 80 years? no missing the day of the month for a generation!There is no second hand, so every 20 seconds, the minute hand moves 1/3 of a second. Interesting.In the last two weeks, it appears to be ahead 4 seconds, using a cellphone as the timekeeper. Good enough for me. Good watch!

Coming to the watch, its excellent. Very very supersmart. Worth every penny, the mrp is 4295₹ and i got it for 2370₹ awesome. Now the watchs functions: the watch is very smart, it has world time which means it has all countries time. I just need to set the country code and the watch sets the time automatically. It works with solar energy. In the morning when i open it from the box to use it, its blank, i show it some light like a small led or a tubelight the display automatically sets india time. The watch is excellent and you should 100% buy it. Please give a thumbs up to the review and check the pictures because pictures speak louder then words..

Thanks to Amazon. Delivered my Casio in 4 days.Pretty nice watch. Liked it well. Loved it because its Solar PoweredThe Digital Part is the main watch. Hands are under its control.It was fun to see how the watch behaved when it saw the first light after ages (under packing). It was lying in Power Save Mode when I opened the case.The Digital Display was Blank & the Hands were at 12' O clock position. The display became live & hands moved suddenly to its positions to show the current time, when it saw the first light after months of hibernation inside the Case. Battery power showed medium level.If the watch is left in pitch darkness for an hour between the time 22:00 & 06:00 hrs. The Display shuts off & Hands alone work. You can hear the hourly chime though. If the watch is left in the dark for a week the Hands also position back to 12'O clock to save power. The watch then acts completely dead. No Alarm/ Snooze. Every preset functions are set to low. Except its brain (Quartz controlled electronic regulator which keeps the time) will be using the power reserve during hibernation. The watch doesn't have the seconds hand but its displayed in LCD.Overall quality of the product is excellent, except for the mineral glass. It gets scratched easily. Water Resistant. Hands & Numbers glow in dark.Amber LED Lighting for the display.World Time Clock - You just need to set your location. The watch will automatically assign itself to your locations time.
