OrajelMouth Gel, Denture and Ulcer Relief, Fast Acting Oral Care Treatment, Benzocaine 10%, 5.3g

I’m currently dealing with toothache and have an awful fear of the dentist, so I brought the Orajel as a just in case I need it item!Well the past two days I have needed it while I try and get brave and try and get an elusive NHS dentist appointment. It works very quickly and you can feel it numbing your mouth. The main numbness lasts about 20 minutes but it keeps the pain right down for about 6 hours, at which you can then reapply it up to a maximum of 4 times a day (always read the leaflet).It comes in a little tube but a little really does go a long way it’s excellent value for money.

This stuff taste disgusting 😝, comes in such a small tube ,BUT it's really good stuff, numbs my ulcer for a while, oh one more thing it's not a fruity flavour at all ,but worth getting it,wish they done bigger tube

My gum is now my tongue is numb. My lips is numb. I used a literal micro drop and now my mouth is numb!!! It relieved the pain on my gum in less than 1 minute.(Also for some people that are not used to to this kind of medication to open it you have to cut the tip)

Works so well but doesn’t last very long so ended up using far more often than recommended to get enough relief. Does taste horrible to start with but worth it.

Def does what it promises. Stings a little when you put on but relief enough to be able to eat and drink.

Helps ease the mouth pain

This gel works but I didn't think it worked for long and the taste is a bit off.I would say it only worked for about 5 to 10 minutes too numb some pain. But not as strong as others I have used. It did eradicate some pain which is what we all want. But didn't eradicate all the pain.I didn't expect it too work for hours but would of liked a bigger pain relief for longer than 5 or 10 minutes.

Good pain relief for gums and teeth. Use only for a short time. Longer term pain should be referred to a dentist. but in the short term, this gel helps immensely.
