Just what I needed after failing with a couple of Claber timers which leaked after a year each time. Early signs are the 2 gang splitter and manual timer from hozelock are perfect for small garden. Easy to install and fit, easy to programme, the manual override is great. Good value too.

Easy to set up and reliable so far. I was looking for the simplest automated system, equivalent to a hozelock gadget purchased 5 years ago, but that is now discontinued. This one has a light sensor, which I suspect will be the thing that fails. But so far so good.

Bought as a replacement after many seasons use. Supplies 2 x 12m x 13mm runs servicing 4mm pipes to 10 hanging baskets and 12 large pots from a single tap. Effortless and efficient watering set at 2 minutes dawn and dusk wether you are at home or away using 2 AA batteries per season just store in doors through winter. Good value and reliable.

Why the categories in the review have Warmth and Sherness is beyond me, back to the product.....the instructions were very confusing....had to phone hozelock ( I have fitted IKEA furniture so no stranger to confusing instructions 😭 the Hozelock support lady simply read the instructions over the phone, didn’t help at all, then she found some alternate instructions and eventually, between us we discovered how to set it up. There are 3 zones, the top left grey one is if you want water in the morning ONLY and set a time 2-60 minutes ( wish there was a 40 minutes setting ) the Right hand grey zone is if you want watering in the Evening ONLY again 2-60 minutes, the BLUE zone at the bottom is if you want watering Morning PLUS evening again 2-60 minutes.....there is an instant on water button, which I think is 60 minutes ( not sure yet ) also Hozelock told me pressing this resets the timer.....not sure what exactly it can reset ? Hopefully it resumes dawn dusk operation after the instant time has ended.....pressing and holding the instant on button gives a battery level indication.....green for ok and red for not ok......hope that helps...will update when I see if it actually works. The manual says something about not starting a cycle for 24 hours, not sure if that’s true or not, but can’t see why......looks well made and with a 2 year guarantee.....added a small piece of plastic pipe to insulate transmitted noise through the wall....

Have mine setup up with a pot watering system and a garden sprinkler via a Hozelock Multitap fitting, effectively covering my whole garden. Easy to use with diagrams on the timer. Either have it turn on for 1) xx minutes at sunrise or 2) xx minutes at sunset or 3) xx minutes at sunrise AND sunset You also have an instant turn on / off button if you need water right there and then. Found it robust and very reliable and I don't have to manually water my garden at all. Brilliant

Had to return it as it kept turning on at odd times. Asked for a replacement but this did not arrive. In the end I received a refund.

good idea and good product however, when the valve is closed there is water leakage through the device spout itself and its more obviuos... otherwsie works well.

This is superb very easy to use and set up, reliable and robust. Battery life is good and can check the battery life. Can have instant water option away from the schedule set. Does what it says it will do. Good value for the kit.

Had the Hozelock sensor plus before, worked without fault for 3y. Replaced it with this one and stopped working after 2m.
