Nice looking, practical
I haven't had much opportunity to use it as yet, but have packed it with the items that I plan to use with it.Firstly, on delivery, it appeared smaller than I expected. However, given that when I ordered it I was a little concerned it may be too big, the size was a pleasant surprise! The expansion really provides a large amount of interior space. I know the ad says 30% but it really is noticeable when you expand it.Secondly, the bag itself is made of good quality material. There are a couple of areas where some threads are loose or frayed, but it is only in a few areas. And cosmetically, it doesn't retract from the good looks of the bag. I watched an online review that criticised the bag for a number of areas, one of which was the zips - that the zippers were not 'fancy'. I'm not sure what kind of fancy zippers the reviewer expected but I think they look fine - they work and allow for the opportunity of locking them together using a carabineer (or similar).Inside the bag, as noted, is smaller than I expected except when expanded. My cameras all fit in the camera box, which has a removable/moveable insert depending on the size of the camera. I have tried it out with a Panasonic Lumix FZ72EB, numerous compact cameras and various accessories, such as sd card case, 24 piece filter set, and cleaning cloth etc. I have also tried it with my Pentax dSLR, a lens and the numerous accessories. And with both these sets of equipment, there is still space in the bag as well as in the outer pockets.I'm happy with the bag and look forward to trying it out on a daily basis during my holidays in two weeks time.

Clever Bag
This bag is perfect for multi use! It holds my camera, lenses, flash unit, tablet, grey cards and still has plenty of room for my mobile phone, purse, epipen and keys and expands to take even more stuff!! It can get a bit heavy though but the strap is very comfortable. Also, I can take the padded camera holder out and use the bag for shopping! I use a wheelchair and this bag sits beautifully on my lap and access is easy with the zip opening from either end. The taller end of the bag will hold a compact monopod. The only gripe I have is that the pockets on the outside are insecure and I wish there were pockets on the inside for things like spare battery, memory cards etc. I wouldn't want to put these in the outer pockets. It doesn't look like a camera bag which makes me feel more secure. I would have liked a choice of colours such as green, blue, purple etc. but that is a minor issue

Another great Lowpro bag.
Since buying my first DSLR several years ago, I've had in excess of 10 camera bags and this is certainly one of the better ones.I've been using this for a few weeks and even though it's not perfect (even has some seemingly glaring omissions), I really like it. It houses my Fuji X-T10 with 35mm prime attached, 16-50mm kit lens and has plenty of space left for a small photography book, a Giottos 'Rocket' air blower, spare battery, Nexus 7 tablet and other bits and pieces (car keys, small grey card, wallet, etc.).There's a single zip to open the main compartment, which contains a removable (padded) section that houses your camera body, lens, etc. This is attached to the bag's interior via a Velcro strip and sits in the middle, leaving space at each end of the bag for sundries. There's an internal netted pocket at one end, which is useful for small things you don't want rattling around inside the bag's main compartment and potentially coming in contact with your gear (your spare battery, for example). The outside has 3 pockets: 1 on each side and another which curves around the end. All of these are fairly deep but oddly, they have no method of closure (no zip, no Velcro, etc.)...what were you thinking, Lowepro? What makes this omission stand out even more, is the fact that one end of thie bag has a zip from top to bottom, in order to effectively expand or contract the inner storage space. Why Lowepro chose not to put even a small square of Velcro on any of the outside pockets, is difficult to understand.Despite the issue with the external pockets, this is a great bag and from what I can tell, has been manufactured to Lowepro's usual high standards.

Perfect for a walk
The biggest problem with camera bags is finding the right one for you and often you'll even end up with one that's too large meaning you don't feel like you can take it everywhere or one that's too small meaning it doesn't fit everything you want within it.I bought this bag to fit my Nikon SLR as well as an audio all lens and room for a small tablet. It's very comfortable and fits all our these in without fully filling the space so I was also about to fit in my Gorillapod.I've very happy with the design, style and easy of this product, I often take it out on walks with me and I think it's perfect for my needs

An excellent camera bag
Was needing a camera bag and initially looking at the ThinkTank Turnstyle 10.Decided I needed something with a little more room that could be worn a bit easier so I went with the Passport Sling and I’m pretty satisfied!Holds a lot, looks great, super comfortable in a variety of wearing styles.Only complaint is the included customizable insert. I understand it needs to be a bit softer than some inserts but I feel like they could have one a bit firmer that was included or even a separate purchase; it’s just very flimsy and weird to try and customize.Beyond that it’s an amazing bag for the price!

Fantastic bag!
I was looking for a new camera bag when I stumbled across this one. I first saw the Sling II and was intrigued, not realizing there was a newer version with a tablet pocket. Found this and could not be happier. Used it for the first time a week ago and was so happy with it. It is definitely a tablet pocket and not for a laptop. It is very small and does not even come close to being able to fit my Surface 3 in the pocket. However, if I expand the bag and make it bigger I can fit the Surface outside of the pocket in the main bag compartment between the tablet pocket and the camera insert. I would only need to do this for traveling, not everyday use though.Other things I like:Great zippered mesh pocket on the interior that I did not discover until about an hour into using the bag. Happy discovery! Now I have a place to put some spare memory cards, spare batter, money, lip stuff, etc.The camera insert can be configured a little bit, which I did. I carry a Canon Rebel T5i with a larger better quality lens attached (not using stock lens, nor do I carry it with me). You could configure it to carry the camera and a spare lens, but I preferred to make the spot for the camera larger so I could position the camera side ways for ease of pulling out of the bag. The spot on the other side is smaller and will be reserved for our next trip to take our waterproof Olympus camera for snorkeling and other water adventures. I still have room to fit spare batter for each camera or other accessories.Still lots of room at the rear of the bag behind the camera insert for whatever you may need. My last use I threw my wallet in the tablet pocket and any goodies we purchased behind the camera insert. Did not even need to expand that bag yet.Plenty of exterior pockets, A slim pocket on the front and back of the back.Plus a larger one on the side (depending on how you carry the bag this might be considered the front for you). I carry this cross body and find this the most comfortable. Larger exterior pocket fit a water bottle perfectly and any other items I wanted to grab quickly. Kept my cell phone in the slim pocket on the back, closest to my body so I always knew where it was. I would like to see one of the slim pockets have some type of closure - maybe zippered or velcro. They are all open.Love, love, love the adjustablility of the strap, so easy to use on or off body. This will come in handy when my husband wants to use it as well, quickly hand the bag over to him and readjust.I imagine I would use this other times when I am not carrying the camera as well, but have not tried this yet. Will update after next trip if I have any new revelations about the bag.Great bag and if you're on the fence about it, just do it already you will not be unhappy. I think the price point (at least on Amazon) is excellent and well worth it!
