STM dux Case for iPad Mini 4 - Blue

As an ex services person, and a clumsy one, I always like my kit to stand the 'four foot drop' test. Very robust. A little heavy so if you carry in your rucksack on a long commute every day (I don't) you will need to decide whether your priority is protection or weight. Folding case / stand is excellent for reading in cafe / canteen / sitting in bed.

We have these on all the family devices. Smart, sturdy, great fit (order the right one), decent value and properly protective.

I bought this case for my 8 year old son because he kept telling me he was getting 'too old' (his words, not mine) for his current iPad case and that he'd like a new one. So when I saw this, and the positive reviews, I decided to get it. The colour was great and I liked that it could act as a stand to prop up the iPad when watching videos, etc.The case is great!! My son is very happy with the case and the colour!! My only gripe is that it does not 'prop up' as well as I would've liked but it's not a huge problem.

Very easy to use and protects the iPad brilliantly. Only issue is that the actual covering material is no so robust and has become scratched so there are areas of white showing through the green. Apart from that it has a really nice feel and opens and closes easily.

I would never have paid the full £40 for this, but it's well worth £10 for the green version. It's a decent, robust case and the stand works fairly well.2 things I'd like to see would be a second viewing angle for the stand when upright and a slightly thicker rubber 'bumper' along the bottom. It's a bit soft, although that does make it easier than some other cases to get the ipad in and out. Other cases use the addition of a thicker bar along the bottom to create a channel for the sound, directing it towards the viewer which works really well.

A first class 'tough' case for my iPad mini 4. I haven't yet dropped it from shoulder height onto concrete (and don't intend to try) but according to the demo video I've seen my pad should be safe if I do!It's light weight and slim: not bulking out the pad much at all. When closed it allows a good, secure, grip on the pad when carrying it around. Easy to use, it doesn't get in the way when using the pad and will allow to be used in two ways as a stand (though the low stand that I like to use for typing puts the 'home button' on the left, when I prefer it on the right). I really cannot find many faults with this item and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends.

Bought this for my engineer husbands birthday to cover his new ipad and he loves it. He always likes well made items and this case ticks all the boxes. It's a sturdy case that provides great protection but remains light weight .

Arrived quickly. Really good quality case that up to the job. Used everyday on a busy yard for work it has survived a few drops onto a concrete floor with non damage! The case fits nicely around the iPad very snug and the cover closes securely with a strong magnet. The silicone is of good quality and doesn't attract dirt and dust like the cheaper 'sticky' silicone versions. No wonder it's Apples recommended case for the mini 4!
