Yes.....I OWN AN ANTIQUE Brother model MFC-495CW all-in-one printer, copier, scanner, and fax unit!!! I have had this unit from Brother for many, many years!! It is no longer my primary printer, but it still works perfectly and I can't see any logic in getting rid of it!!! A worst-case scenario is that my primary printer breaks down but I have my dependable Brother unit sitting at the stand-by!!! The ink that I have received works just as well or even better than the super-expensive ink from the manufacturer. The kit comes with 5 black, 3 cyan, 3 magenta, and 3 yellow cartridges. The price point of this kit places it in the "IT'S AN AMAZING BARGAIN" category!!! I originally bought my Brother printer thinking that since I can change out individual color ink cartridges it would help me save money. I was wrong!!!! It didn't take long to find out that this machine loves to sip at the cartridges!!! But the utility of my multi-purpose unit makes for an easy-to-justify argument to keep it!!! These ink cartridges fit just like the OEM cartridges and provide very clear, crisp, and vibrant colors for printing documents or pictures. E-Z ink has made this kit a true bargain with its low price and the quantity of cartridges you receive. I have bought other manufacturer's replacement ink in the past and it was always a hit-or-miss proposition. Sometimes they worked well....other times it was a disaster!! These ink cartridges went in the Brother unit and immediately provided me with great printouts!! There was no bleeding of colors nor uneven tones produced by an interrupted flow of ink. Simply put.....I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THIS INK!!!!! At a price point of just over a dollar a cartridge you can't go wrong with these ink cartridges from E-Z Ink!!! The manufacturer states that these updated cartridges contain an upgraded internal chip, a larger sponge, and a better-quality of ink. I'm not certain what they did, but I can attest that whatever was performed was an improvement in print quality!!! If you have an antique like me and want to continue to use it, then purchase this product from E-Z Ink and feel good that you didn't have to spend a small fortune on ink cartridges!!! I rate this ink kit a super-solid 10 out of 10!!!! With a bargain price, wonderful performance, and the ability to use an older machine this product checks off all the boxes!!! Don't hesitate!!! Buy a set of cartridges today and get back to perfect printing!!!

Excellent print quality at an incredible price. The cartridges are easy to install and work perfectly with my HP printer. The duration of the toner surprised me, it yields much more than expected. I will definitely buy them again

Cheap toner, works great in my printer, but it leaves sparse spots on anything it prints. It's still functional, just not professional. If you don't care about faded spots on your documents then it's fine.

These toner cartridges are great! I’m a very busy pre-k teacher with a class filled with energetic 3 and 4 year olds. My school’s copier is always either busy or out of toner. I solved that problem by buying a second-hand laser printer and these toner cartridges. Now I never have to wait in line or be told the copier isn’t working.The prints always come out looking great. I get at least 2000 copies per cartridge with crisp black lines. Now I have teachers coming to my room asking if they can get copies from me. I’m always happy to help out because my toner is inexpensive and it makes high quality copies.

When I purchased my Brother MFC-J220 printer/scanner/fax machine -- now an antique -- I was drawn in by the ability to independently replace each of the color cartridges as they emptied. This was advertised as a money-saving feature. However, almost immediately after placing the printer in service, I discovered just how very expensive it was to operate. Its periodic cleaning cycles would empty the cartridges after several weeks, regardless of whether the printer had been used or not. If the printer was used infrequently, this could result in printing costs of several dollars per page. Ironically, I discontinued using this as a printer, and placed my older (supposedly more-expensive-to-operate) HP printer back in service. That printer has its print heads built into the cartridges and therefore does not clean itself -- it will print hundreds of pages from a cartridge regardless of how often it is used. The HP has been doing this reliably for perhaps 20 years but is finally showing some signs of age. When I discovered these greatly discounted LC61 cartridges from EZ-Ink, I decided to place the Brother printer back in service. The EZ-Ink cartridges were installed without incident and instantly recognized by the printer. In order to clear all of the old ink out and get the new ink to flow, I needed to manually initiate seven or eight of the printer's cleaning cycles. With the dried ink finally cleared out, the new cartridges have been working flawlessly. With the inexpensive cartridges from EZ-Ink, the Brother printer has a "new lease on life" and can be operated at very low cost. Based on my initial use, I can recommend the EZ-Ink cartridges. I'll report back if there are any issues.
