Holds the cold, chills down quickly, nice and stretchy so it fits over my son's head easily (6'3", 250lbs.)(big head), and it's actually comfortable! Feels like you're sliding a silk covered memory-foam ski mask over your head!! BONUS - It can slide down over your head so that it wraps around your neck... great item!!The first one was so nice, I bought two more to keep them in rotation out of the freezer!!!

Surprisingly it cools very well, good therapy for your head and eyes, only issue is it warms up in a few minutes.

Love this. When I get migraines, I often have to sit upright due to accompanying neck pain, so I love that it stays in place when sitting. It also applies a nice amount of pressure and blocks out light. Could stay cold a bit longer, but it calms my headache enough until my migraine meds kick in. Good product with a good price.

Awesome product! I discovered this product looking for headache relief. I’m glad I purchased it, it works well. Only downside is that it gets warm (using cold therapy) after about 10-15 minutes of wearing it. It does help my headaches.

This squeezes my head so well. It really does stay cool if it's in a cool room and it's too cold in the freezer so I'll do the fridge. It doesn't have that smell that works people talk about and I love the way it feels on my face. I use this as a sleep mask and Because I like head pressure and it feels so good

Works for the headache like magic, love the cooling feeling. I use it pretty much all night it takes care of my headaches during the night and the cooling sensation is amazing and comfortable.

The seams hurt my head when I wear it right side out, and the logo is icky when you flip it inside out. If you aren't too sensitive to the seam, this works so well. Holds the cold better than others I have tried.
