Ken Hom KH232041 Performance 32 cm 4 Piece Non-Stick Wok Set, Black

We have used this 4 times, only with the wooden spatula supplied and washing in warm soapy water. The inside has gone a greyish colour in places and is no longer non-stick. I soaked it overnight in soapy water and still there is food stuck to the bottom. I am about to try and send this back.

One of the most expensive woks I've ever bought. Great wok for almost a month, and then the handle became left-to-right floppy (fully tightened, caused by poor handle design). Makes it dangerous to use and you can't 'flip' the food anymore.

Didn’t like it, threw it away after one use, very heavy & hard to clean & wasn’t non stick. Awful, defo wouldn’t buy it again. Delivered in good time though.

Excellent product. The handles are packed lose in the box to maximise the pack fill. So have your screwdriver ready to fix the small lid handle. The wok handle can be fixed by hand. This 31cm wok is great for stir fry cooking or large portion.

Looking good at the moment, but the bottom is too narrow making it difficult to stir food because it slides out. I have original Chinese work which is broad right from the bottom which makes stirring food easy without it all sliding out, so I am still using the original work more when cooking large quantity. I have just bought this product and it is not used everyday because I have loads of other pans. Time will tell whether the non-stick coating will stand up to the test.

The worst piece of cookware I have ever used. It is not non stick and even at various temperatures my food sticks them burns to the bottom. The wok is all marked inside. Plus the handle is not secure and rotates despite being tightened as much as possible. Very very dissaponted as this is replacement for a Ken Hom wok I had for 5 years which I loved.

Product was great for the first 3 or 4 uses but then the non stick came off and the product became useless. The only instrument we used with it was the wooden spatula. The company were even more useless. We have been trying to return the item for the past two months and keep getting ignored. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Perfect. It was a little more expensive than my last one but worth it. The main thing was that it is compatable with my induction hob.
