Unfortunately this broke . It wouldn't charge It was a Christmas grift and unfortunately my daughter just told me now becaise iAsked. Her wedding video just came in . She didn't keep it :( I have to buy another one may spend a little more money

Fantastic product and company!
The image quality and sound quality are significantly better than I was expecting from a piece of tech this affordable.IMPORTANT: There is a hidden gem in this item. The unit comes with instructions on how to upload your images and videos and the website assembles and converts your files to be playable and then sends it back to you. It’s fast and convenient. However, I do field work where WiFi isn’t always available. I sent an email to customer support on a Sunday and received a response the same day giving me detailed instructions on how to convert my video files offline.FANTASTIC support and a great product. I highly recommend the item and applaud the company that makes it!!

Great gift idea
I made a video collage in Canva and found uploaded my video was very easy and straightforward. I’m so happy with how it turned out. Worth the $$ - will definitely be purchasing again. I do wish the screen was slightly larger but other than that - it’s perfect.

I am in love with this product! My boyfriend just lost his mom a few months ago in another country. His sister had a video of her wishing my boyfriend a happy birthday last year. For some reason she didn't sent that video to him. She sent me the video to me about 2 months ago on Facebook and other videos and photos of their mother. I was able to save everything plus video his brothers and sisters to add it to the book. I'm going to give it to him this Friday. I have added so many photos and videos plus music to present the photos. You can add your own music from the mp3 on your computer. It came out amazing!!! The only thing is that I wish I could share it with his family at his country by email or something. Maybe I'm missing a step. Over all, it is easy to use.
