2% Pyrithione Zinc Shampoo Bar - Tea Tree (4 Oz)

My doctor recommended shampoo with these ingredients. I never used bar soap shampoo before, but I really like it and so does my hair.

For years I used anti dandruff shampoo. Hot for flakes but for itchy scalp as per my DR. It was strange at first but now I can’t imagine goi g back to the bottle.

Great lather, works for dandruff! Makes my hair feel & look fuller and has helped my hair not get oily the very next day after washing. Experienced very good results with this shampoo.

I got this shampoo because I noticed the area behind my ears felt oily and smelled really bad. Someone suggested I get this shampoo and it worked!

Foams up quickly. I have less selum on scalp. It makes your hair feel thicker!!!! I leave it on for a few minutes.

I have sensitive skin and also struggle with an occasionally itchy scalp with dandruff. I have to be careful what kind of products I use to help with that, as some can just make my sensitive skin even worse. This shampoo bar works really well at helping to clear up my itchy, flaky scalp without causing any other irritation or inflammation on my scalp, ears, or face. It lathers well and will last a very long time. I only use it occasionally, as needed ... not as a daily shampoo. I think the price is reasonable for the quality. I also really appreciate that it is made in the USA. Highly recommended.

This shampoo bar does lather really well, but it leaves my hair feeling dry and sort of straw-like. I'm not a huge fan of the scent of it either. It does seem to clean well, but I actually have to condition my hair before I even use this shampoo bar and then again afterwards just to prevent it from drying out completely the way it did the first time I used it. I continue to use it only because I don't like to be wasteful, not because I actually like it. No one else in the house cares about that though, so I'll be stuck with it for awhile. They have all gone back to the shampoos they actually like. It does clean really well. Maybe a bit too well in my case. The smell is ... not great. It's not so horrible I just can't take it, but it's not at all pleasant either. I really have to up my conditioner game with this even more than usual to help temper the extreme level of cleansing it seems to do. I'd almost go so far as to say it has a sort of stripping effect on my hair like a clarifying shampoo. I'm really trying to be good and use it up, but I'll admit that it is likely I will just put it away and go back to my usual ginger shampoo bar instead, saving this for emergency use only.
