Spent the extra money and get the seal with the door jamb included this is a nightmare to install in cold weather the nails that are provided are junk while I got it to work I needed to use my Brad nailer and put about 80 nails in it for it to stay. Cold weather at your home don't buy I would give this about 2 years and I'll be replacing it again.
